20180257897 · 2018-09-13 ·

In one implementation, a system for a partially dried inkjet media finisher includes a media input zone to receive printed media, wherein the printed media is partially dried inkjet media, a transport zone to receive the printed media from the media input zone to lower the print media to an accumulation zone that is coupled vertically below the transport zone, wherein the accumulation zone organizes the received printed media, and the accumulation zone to lower the printed media to an output zone coupled vertically below the accumulation zone, wherein the output zone receives a completed print job from the accumulation zone.

SHEET PROCESSING SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD
20180201463 · 2018-07-19 ·

A sheet processing system according to an embodiment includes a tray that supports a sheet on opposite sides of the sheet orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the sheet. The tray includes a first adjustable support and second adjustable support positioned opposite the first adjustable support in the direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the sheet. A skew sensor detects a skew angle of the sheet conveyed to the tray. A corner sensor detects positions of each corner on a front end in the downstream direction of the sheet conveyed to the tray. A controller controls movement of the first and second adjustable supports based on the detected skew angle and the detected positions of each corner on the front end of the sheet conveyed to the tray so that the sheet is conveyed to the tray without jamming.

PARTITIONABLE PAPER TOWEL

The present disclosure is directed to a paper towel product that will capably separate from the paper towel roll as a full sheet, a half sheet or a quarter sheet. A method of making a paper towel with machine direction perforations is also disclosed.

CUTTING SYSTEM FOR A DISPENSER

A dispenser for sheet material may include a feed roller with an integrated cutting mechanism that is movable with the feed roller for at least partially cutting or perforating the sheet material during dispensing thereof.

PARTITIONABLE PAPER PRODUCT

The present disclosure is directed to a paper towel product that will capably separate from the paper towel roll as a full sheet, a half sheet or a quarter sheet. A method of making a paper towel with machine direction perforations is also disclosed.

METHOD AND SYSTEM OF SELF-ADAPTION ADJUSTMENT FOR POST-PRINTING TREATMENT

A method of self-adaption adjustment for post-printing treatment including steps of S1: printing a plurality of identifiers on a paper sheet for positioning actual locations of treatment on the paper sheet; S2: detecting the identifiers on the paper sheet, and locating the actual locations to be treated according to the locations of the identifiers and/or relative locations among the identifiers; and S3: adjusting locations of treatment from a post-printing treatment mechanism to the paper sheet according to the actual locations output in step S2. A system of self-adaption adjustment for post-printing treatment including a printing module, a detection module, a treatment module, a driving module and a post-printing treatment mechanism. The method and system realize the self-adaption adjustment, which effectively solves the problems that an actual value after skewing or stretching or shrinking the actual printing content is inconsistent with a theoretical value of typesetting, thus effectively improving the production efficiency and production quality, which has favorable economic and social benefits. The method and system can be widely applied in various post-printing treatment systems.

SEALING LID HAVING PATTERNED ADHESIVE

A blank for sealing a tray having one or more compartments includes a face stock with a pressure sensitive adhesive pattern which closely matches the top surface area of the tray, excluding the tray compartment areas. The pattern may be precisely formed with the pressure sensitive adhesive containing a coloring or fluorescing agent. The adhesive forms an identifiable registration mark used for properly aligning the adhesive pattern for die cutting the face stock in a specific location in relationship to the pattern. Various types of sensors may be used to identify the registration mark. Alternatively, the pattern may be precisely formed by printing a blocking or deadening agent in a pattern that contains a sensor mark with a blocking or deadening agent that contains a coloring or fluorescing agent, onto a flood coated pressure sensitive adhesive. This pattern forms an identifiable registration mark that is used to properly align the blank for cutting the face stock in a specific location in relationship to the adhesive pattern.

SHEET POST-PROCESSOR AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH THE SAME

A sheet post-processor of this disclosure is provided with a punching device and a registration roller. The punching device is capable of forming punch holes along a first side end edge of a sheet parallel to a sheet width direction orthogonal to a sheet conveyance direction and a second side end edge of the sheet parallel to the sheet conveyance direction. The registration roller is disposed downstream of the punching device in the sheet conveyance direction. The punching device includes a punch unit that forms punch holes through a sheet and an edge sensor that detects the second side end edge of a sheet. In a case of forming punch holes along the second side end edge of a sheet, without skewing of the sheet being corrected by the registration roller, the edge sensor detects the second side end edge, while the punch unit forms punch holes through the sheet.

Sterile sampling bag, roll of bags, and bag dispenser

A bag dispensing device comprises a box and a roll of bags, the bags being connected together in the roll. Each bag defines a closed bottom end and an upper end that is closed while the bag is part of the roll but that becomes open once the bag is detached from the roll. The roll of bags is located in the container with at least one leading bag thereof extending out of the container so as to be grasped by the user and detached from the roll when a bag is needed by the user for receiving therein a sample or the like.

Partitionable paper towel

The present disclosure is directed to a paper towel product that will capably separate from the paper towel roll as a full sheet, a half sheet or a quarter sheet. A method of making a paper towel with machine direction perforations is also disclosed.
