A roller assembly for transporting a substrate includes a step roller and a plurality of first auxiliary rollers. The step roller includes a main roller, and a pair of edge rollers sleeved on the main roller and located on two opposite ends of the main roller, respectively. The plurality of first auxiliary rollers are disposed on two opposite sides of the step roller, respectively. A first film forms a closed loop through the first film being rolled on the plurality of first auxiliary rollers and the step roller cyclically. A method using the same is also provided.

A medium conveying apparatus includes a housing in which a paper feeding port is provided, a paper feeding roller configured to convey paper through the paper feeding port, a drive shaft to which the paper feeding roller is attached, the drive shaft extending in a Y direction intersecting a conveying direction of the paper, and an elastic roller attached to the drive shaft and configured to prevent sound occurring on the inside of the housing from leaking to the outside of the housing through the paper feeding port. The elastic roller comes into contact with the paper conveyed by the paper feeding roller and removes electric charges of the paper.
Force Measuring Device, System and Method for Measuring Web Tensions
The present invention relates to a force measuring device (10) for measuring the web tensions of a plurality of spaced apart longitudinal strips (5) of a longitudinally cut running material web that comprises a longitudinal direction defined by the running direction of the material web and a transverse direction, the force measuring device comprising an axle (12) and, supported on the axle, a measuring roll (20) wrapped around by the material web. Here, it is provided that the measuring roll is formed as a segmented measuring roll (20) having a plurality of measuring segments (22), the measuring segments (22) are arranged on the axle (12) in a respective measuring position, such that the spaced apart longitudinal strips (5) of the running material web wrap around in each case one or more measuring segments (22) and each measuring segment (22) is wrapped around by at most one longitudinal strip (5), each measuring segment (22) includes a dedicated load cell (26) for determining a web tension fraction of the longitudinal strip (5) wrapped around the measuring segment, the load cell providing a mount with which the measuring segment (22) sits on the axle (12), the force measuring device further comprising an evaluation unit (18) to which the measuring segments (22) are connected via electrical conductors and to which the measuring signals supplied by the load cells (26) in the measuring segments (22) are conductible, and the evaluation unit (18) comprising a web tension aggregation means (19) that is arranged and adapted to determine, for each longitudinal strip (5), from the web tension fractions that are determined by the load cells (26) of the measuring segments (22) wrapped around by said longitudinal strip (5), the total web tension of the longitudinal strip (5).
Conveying system and battery production system
A conveying system and a battery production system are provided. The conveying system is used for sheet conveying, and includes: a driving roller making contact with a sheet; and a press roller arranged correspondingly to the driving roller, the press roller abutting against at least part of the surface of the sheet facing away from the driving roller and pressing the sheet against the driving roller. The press roller includes: a main shaft with a central axis; at least one hollow rubber roller detachably sleeving the main shaft; and at least one pair of fixing clamp rings arranged on two sides of the hollow rubber roller along the central axis so as to fix the position of the hollow rubber roller on the main shaft along the central axis, where an outer diameter of the fixing clamp ring is less than that of the hollow rubber roller.
SHEET CONVEYING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet conveying device includes a sheet stacking part, a conveying path and a conveying roller. The conveying roller includes a drive roller and a driven roller which is pressed against the drive roller and is driven by the drive roller to be rotated. The drive roller has a rotating drive shaft and a drive roller body rotatable together with the rotating drive shaft. The driven roller has a rotating shaft and a driven roller body supported by the rotating shaft in a rotatable manner. The driven roller body has a plurality of roller parts which are arranged in an axial direction of the rotating shaft and pressed against the drive roller body.
Liquid ejecting apparatus
A liquid ejecting apparatus including a liquid ejecting unit that ejects a liquid onto a medium, a transporting mechanism that transports the medium, a member having concave portions, which is arranged downstream of the liquid ejecting unit in a transporting direction of the medium, an introducing mechanism that introduces the medium to the concave portions, the transporting mechanism having rollers that come into contact with the medium at a plurality of contact positions in a direction that intersects the transporting direction, and the concave portions being arranged at positions that correspond to a position between neighboring ones of the contact positions in the transporting direction. By giving the liquid ejecting apparatus such a structure, wrinkles that occur in a liquid ejection region can be suppressed.
SHEET STACKING DEVICE
The present invention is to provide a sheet stacking device for stacking sheets on which an image is formed, in which an initial operation time at the time the device is turned on is shortened, and, at the same time, the initial operation is simplified. This configuration enables reduction in operation noise and a prompt start at the time when the device is started.
PRINTING APPARATUS
A printing apparatus includes a printing unit that prints an image on a sheet by using ink, a feed path along which the sheet is transported toward the printing unit, a switchback mechanism that, when two sides of the sheet are to be printed, switches back the sheet of which one of the two sides has been printed and sends the sheet to the feed path, and a correction roller pair capable of correcting skew of the sheet by having firm contact with the sheet transported along the feed path.
