SMARCA INHIBITORS AND USES THEREOF
The present invention provides compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, and methods of using the same for the modulation of one or more SWI/SNF-related matrix associated actin dependent regulator of chromatin subfamily A (SMARCA) and/or polybromo-1 (PB-1) protein via ubiqitination and/or degradation by compounds. The compounds are useful in treatment of cancer.
Cable Supply System
A cable supply system includes a cable supply device supplying a cable, a cable buffer device storing a portion of the cable supplied from the cable supply device, and a control device controlling a cable storage amount of the cable buffer device. The control device controls the cable storage amount of the cable buffer device according to a cable supply speed of the cable supply device such that a cable output speed output from the cable buffer device is equal to a predetermined speed.
ADAPTIVE SHEET CALIPER CONTROL SYSTEM AND APPARATUS AND METHODS
The present invention provides an adaptive control system to control a plant using direct output feedback in which a function of the full plant state, as opposed to estimates thereof, is used for feedback control of the plant. The adaptive control system of this invention is therefore highly useful in the control of plants, particularly plants for controlling the physical properties of rolls of web material and more particularly a calendering apparatus. Accordingly, in a particularly preferred embodiment the adaptive control system of this invention controls loading of a calender apparatus, such as a pair of opposed rolls forming a calendering stack, based upon the physical properties of a previously processed web.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A WEB IN A PRINTING APPARATUS
A method is provided for controlling a web in a printing apparatus The printing apparatus includes a transport assembly for moving the web through a transport path along a printing unit for printing an image onto a print area of the web. The method includes feeding the web from a supply roll through the transport path to the transport assembly; and switching the printing apparatus to a ready-to-print mode, wherein the printing unit does not print an image on the web and the web is maintained ready to be printed on. In a printing mode after the ready-to print mode, the following steps are performed: moving the web through the transport path in a transport direction along the printing unit by the transport assembly; and printing the image onto the print area of the web by the printing unit. The image is printed by applying an image material, which solidifies on the web during the printing step. The ready-to-print mode includes the step of: operating the transport assembly to prevent a deformation of the print area of the web in the transport path, while maintaining the web in the ready-to-print mode. The web is maintained ready to print while preventing a deformation of the print area of the web in the transport path.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING FOLD ROLLER GAPS
A collation folding device comprising one or more fold rollers mounted in fixed positions. Below and adjacent to the fold rollers are adjustable nip rollers to form nip spacing between the rollers. The adjustable nip roller is mounted on a nip axis shaft. An adjustment mechanism is used for moving the nip axis shaft to adjust the nip spacing. The nip adjustment mechanism includes a bearing block cam follower on which the nip axis shaft is fixedly mounted and supported. An eccentric cam in operative contact with the bearing block cam follower. Rotation of the eccentric cam on the eccentric cam axis drives the bearing block cam follower in its linear motion to adjust the nip spacing.
SHEET ALIGNMENT DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet alignment device includes a driven roller, a drive roller, a displacement driving device, an information acquisition portion, and a displacement control portion. The drive roller is configured to rotate in a first rotation direction and in contact with an upper surface of each of sheets conveyed onto a tilt tray, to feed the sheets toward a base end portion of the tilt tray. The drive roller is configured to rotate in a second rotation direction and in contact with an uppermost surface of the sheets, to discharge the sheets from the tilt tray. The displacement control portion is configured to, when the drive roller rotates in the first rotation direction, control a holding position of the drive roller in accordance with the number of the sheets on the tilt tray and thickness information of each of the sheets acquired by the information acquisition portion.
Door-actuated feed roll separator mechanism for an imaging device
An imaging device having a door-actuated feed roll separator mechanism. A pair of opposed panels of a frame of the imaging device are positioned parallel to a media path. A feed roll pair in the media path has a drive roll fixedly and rotatably mounted between the panels and a backup roll translateably mounted between the panels. A pair of cam followers are rotatably mounted to the backup roll. The backup roll is biased against the drive roll forming a feed nip. A door pivotally mounted along a bottom end to the frame substantially covers the media path. A pair of door-mounted, spring-biased actuators engage with the pair of cam followers. With the door lowered, the cam followers rotate with a camming surface thereon contacting the drive roll, translating the backup roll away from the drive roll and opening the feed nip to allow for removal of jammed media.
PAPER SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND PAPER SHEET PROCESSING SYSTEM
Provided is a paper sheet processing apparatus capable of distinguishing a counterfeit bill or a paper sheet suspicious to be a counterfeit bill from bills inserted through an insertion slot to stop a wrongdoing. A storage unit stores information on a paper sheet read by a bill reader and a verification unit verifies the paper sheet using the information on the paper sheet stored in the storage unit. If the paper sheet is determined to be counterfeit in the verification, a conveyance unit conveys the paper sheet toward the insertion slot. A comparison unit compares the image data of the inserted paper sheet with image data of a previously inserted paper sheet and if the image data of the inserted paper sheet is determined to be identical to the image data of the previously inserted paper sheet in the comparison, a control unit sends a signal to a host apparatus.
PAPER SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND PAPER SHEET PROCESSING SYSTEM
Provided is a paper sheet processing system capable of collecting a wrong paper sheet put in a bill processing apparatus to examine the collected paper sheet without making the supplier feel doubt. A paper sheet processing apparatus verifies a paper sheet using image data acquired by a bill reader when the bill is being conveyed. If the paper sheet is determined to be counterfeit in the verification, the paper sheet processing apparatus holds the paper sheet within the paper sheet processing apparatus and sends a signal from a controller of the paper sheet processing apparatus to instruct a report device to report a result different from the result of the verification. The report device reports a result irrelevant to use of a wrong paper sheet.
PAPER SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND PAPER SHEET PROCESSING SYSTEM
Provided is a paper sheet processing system capable of preventing a large number of wrong paper bills put in a paper sheet processing apparatus at one time from being exchanged with clean money. A bill processing apparatus sends information on a total amount of the bills supplied to the bill processing apparatus incorporated in a gaming machine and the number of games played by a player counted by a counter to a management server. The management server compares the total amount with a predetermined amount and if the total amount is higher than the predetermined amount, compares the counted number of games with a predetermined number. If the counted number of games is smaller than the predetermined number, the management server sends a report signal to a management apparatus.
