In a second mode, the control unit controls the driving source such that the rotary feeding member starts to move toward the first position based on an elapse of a second time longer than the first time since the detection portion detected the leading edge of the sheet, and positions the rotary feeding member at a position separated more from the stacking portion than the first position when the trailing edge of the sheet passes through the separation nip.

A sheet discharging apparatus includes a stacking portion, a first conveyance portion, a detection portion, a second conveyance portion, a third conveyance portion, and a control portion. The control portion is configured to execute a discharge operation by causing the sheet discharging apparatus to reverse a conveyance direction of a first sheet conveyed from the first conveyance portion to the second conveyance portion and deliver the first sheet to the third conveyance portion by using the second conveyance portion, convey the first sheet toward the second conveyance portion by the third conveyance portion, and discharge the first sheet and the second sheet to the stacking portion by using the second conveyance portion in a state where the first sheet and the second sheet are superimposed on each other.
Sheet conveyance apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a shaft portion, a roller member, and a guide member. The roller member includes a hole portion with an opening through which the shaft portion is fitted with the hole portion. At least a part of the guide member is located upstream of an end of the shaft portion in an attaching direction of the roller member. A distance between rotation axes of the roller member and the shaft portion is smaller than a difference between a radius of the opening and a radius of the end of the shaft portion in a state where an outer circumferential surface of the roller member is in contact with the guide member at a position upstream of the end of the shaft portion in the attaching direction.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes a sheet container accommodating a recording medium therein, a sheet separating feeder including a sheet feeding body and a sheet separating body, an image forming part, and a bend applier. The sheet feeding body feeds the recording medium along with a surface movement thereof while the recording medium contacting the surface thereof. The sheet separating body forms a sheet separation nip region with the sheet feeding body and sandwiches the recording medium in the sheet separation nip region. The sheet separating feeder separates and feeds the recording medium contacting the sheet feeding body. The image forming part forms an image on the recording medium. The bend applier having a leading end of an elastic material contacts and bends the recording medium before the sheet separation nip region and generates a wrinkle extending on the recording medium in a sheet conveying direction.
MEDIUM PLACEMENT DEVICE AND RECORDING SYSTEM
A medium placement device configured to have a medium discharged from a discharge unit of a processing device placed therein, and includes: a placement unit including a plurality of placement surfaces, with different angles with respect to a horizontal direction, that are disposed along a discharge direction of the medium, the placement unit being configured to have the medium discharged from the discharge unit placed thereon; and a plurality of restricting members disposed facing the placement unit along the discharge direction, the plurality of restricting members being configured to come into contact with the medium from above. In an initial state in which the medium is not placed, a distance in a gravitational direction between a first end of each of the plurality of restricting members on a placement unit side and one of the plurality of placement surfaces that faces the first end in the gravitational direction is constant.
Sheet feeding device and image forming apparatus
A sheet feeding device includes a pickup roller, a feed roller, a retard roller, a conveyance rollers pair. The pickup roller contacts a sheet at a first contact point in a pickup position and rotates to convey the sheet in a predetermined conveyance direction. The feed roller is disposed on a downstream side of the pickup roller in the conveyance direction. The retard roller contacts the feed roller at a second contact point and conveys the sheet while separating the sheet. The conveyance rollers pair contacts each other at a third contact point and conveys the sheet passing through the second contact point to a conveyance path. The first contact point, the second contact point and the third contact point are disposed on a linear line in the conveyance direction, when viewed from axial directions of the rollers.
Sheet conveyance apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a body portion and a guide unit having a first and second guides. Where an openable portion in the body portion is closed, a first conveyance path is formed between the first guide and a third guide in the openable portion and a second conveyance path is formed between the second guide and the body portion, and a sheet is conveyed from the first conveyance path to the second conveyance path by passing through a gap between the guide unit and a downstream end of the third guide. In a state where the openable portion is open, the guide unit moves with respect to the openable portion so the second guide faces the third guide and the gap between the guide unit and the downstream end of the third guide becomes larger than the gap in a state where the openable portion is closed.
SHEET CONVEYING DEVICE AND IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS
According to one embodiment, a sheet conveying device includes a roller, a motor, a clutch, and a torque generator. The roller conveys a sheet. The motor is a driving source. The clutch connects or disconnects drive of the motor with respect to the roller. The torque generator applies a torque to the roller.

The invention concerns a device for unrolling a strip (10) for a stamping machine (1) that allows an accumulation of the strip to be stamped (2) under a pre-unrolled form between at least one stamping spool (3) and a plate press (310) of the stamping machine (1), so characterized in that the device for unrolling a strip (10) comprises: a central drum (11) configured to be led in rotation at a variable advance speed, united in rotation with an axis of the device for unrolling the strip (10), a satellite roller (14) presenting an axis (11) constructed parallel to the axis of the central drum (11), where the satellite roller (14) can be turned around the central drum (11), and the pre-unrolled strip may be rolled around the central drum (11) due to the movement of the satellite roller (14), and a planetary leading device (15) to move the satellite roller (14) around the central drum (11) as a function of the difference of the rotation speeds of the central drum (11) and of an exterior ring (13) of the planetary leading device (15) configured to be led in rotation at a constant speed in the rotation direction contrary to the rotation direction of the central drum (11). The invention also comprises a stamping machine (1) so configured as to place on each sheet the gilded or metallic film of at least one strip to be stamped (2).
Knife-type folding machine
A conveying unit 2including conveyor belts 7, a stopper 3positioning a sheet S at a folding position P on a conveying path 2, a knife-type folding unit 4, an anti-bounce roller unit 16having rollers 25a, 25b, and a motor 22 are provided. The rollers can be moved back and forth. A roller rotational speed monitoring unit 31 and a roller position setting unit 32 operatively connected to the motor are further provided. In setting mode, the rollers are moved from an upstream or a downstream of a tail end of the sheet positioned at the folding position P toward the tail end at a constant speed and stopped when the rotational speed of the rollers changes.
