Loading mechanism, feeding device, image forming apparatus, and image forming system
Disclosed is a loading unit for use in loading a bundle of objects to be conveyed, the loading unit being installed on a lifting member of a feeding device. The loading unit includes a first movable base on which a downstream side in a conveying direction of a bundle of objects to be conveyed is loaded, the first movable base being rotatable; and a second movable base on which an upstream side in the conveying direction of the bundle of objects is loaded, the second movable base being rotatable and disposed on a more upstream side in the conveying direction than the first movable base.
Sheet conveyance apparatus
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes: a supply-sheet supporter having a supply support surface that supports a sheet; a conveyor configured to convey the sheet from the supply-sheet supporter along a conveyance path; and a discharged-sheet supporter disposed above the supply-sheet supporter and configured to support the sheet conveyed by the conveyor. The discharged-sheet supporter includes: a particular end portion located farthest from the conveyor in the discharged-sheet supporter and opposed to the supply support surface from above; and a movable member including the particular end portion at one of opposite end portions of the movable member, which one is farther from the conveyor than another of the opposite end portions. The movable member is pivotable in a direction in which a distance between the particular end portion and the supply support surface is increased.
PRINTING APPARATUS, SHEET HOUSING APPARATUS, AND PRINTER
A printer includes a printing unit which performs printing on a sheet and which discharges a printed sheet from a discharging opening, and a pair of body-side feet disposed on both sides in a width direction of a sheet to be discharged from the discharging opening. A sheet housing apparatus includes a housing unit which houses a sheet to be discharged from the discharging opening, and a pair of housing-side feet disposed on the both sides in the width direction. The sheet housing apparatus can be mounted from a predetermined mounting direction to the printer. The body-side feet and the housing-side feet are arranged to be disposed, in a state in which the sheet housing apparatus is mounted to the printer, so as to overlap with each other in the mounting direction and not to overlap with each other in the width direction.
MEDIA OUTPUT SYSTEM
A printing device includes, in one example, a media output system including a mezzanine level including a plurality of media support members, the mezzanine level being intermediate to a floor level and a media output level; wherein the plurality of media support members move orthogonally relative to a print media path so that a number of finishing processes may be performed on print media accumulated on the number of media support members.
PAGE REGISTRATION SYSTEM
A page registration system may include, in an example, a media edge sensor to detect a location of an edge of a print media along a media feed path and in a direction non-parallel to the media feed path and a calibration sensor downstream of the media edge sensor to detect changes in the location of the edge of the print media in the direction non-parallel to the media feed path, and provide calibration data to the page registration system to correct changes in the location of the edge of the print media in the direction non-parallel to the media feed path.
Sheet processing apparatus
According to an embodiment, a sheet processing apparatus includes a first tray, a second tray, a discharge member, and a guide. The guide is provided to the second tray and changes a transport angle of sheets with respect to the second tray when the sheets are sent from a transport path toward the discharge member without passing through the first tray.
SHEET CONVEYING APPARATUS
A sheet conveying apparatus, including: a sheet container; a roller; an arm rotatably supporting the roller; and a presser plate for pressing sheets in the container, wherein distal and basal portions of the presser plate define a bend angle when bent, the bend angle being an angle defined on one side of the presser plate farther from the arm, the bend angle being maintained at an obtuse angel in a first-amount loaded state of the container, and wherein a contact angle of the arm and the sheets at a contact position thereof is smaller than a maximum angle from a maximally loaded state to the first-amount loaded state, the maximum angle being an angle defined by: the basal portion in the maximally loaded state; and the arm whose roller contacts the presser plate in the maximally loaded state when assumed that the sheets are not loaded on the presser plate.
Reception apparatus
A reception apparatus that receives an article discharged from a processing apparatus includes a first rod, second rod and a reception sheet. The first rod extends in a direction crossing a direction of the discharge below a discharge port of the processing apparatus in a gravity direction. The second rod extends in the direction crossing the direction of the discharge at a position farther away from the discharge port than the first rod. The reception sheet has flexibility, is supported by the first rod and the second rod, and receives the article discharged between the first rod and the second rod. The first rod is capable of being disposed at a first position and a second position which are different from each other in the gravity direction.
Conveyor and tray unit
A conveyor, including: receiving trays; a conveyance mechanism; and a support supporting the trays, wherein at least one tray except a lowermost tray is supported so as to be selectively positioned at one of a receiving position and an upper position, wherein at least one lower tray except an uppermost tray includes a protruding portion attached to a tray body so as to be selectively positioned at one of a protruding position and a retracted position, and wherein the conveyor includes a force transmitting mechanism for effectuating at least one of (a) a retracting movement of the protruding portion of one of the at least one lower tray from the protruding position to the retracted position caused by an upward movement of an adjacent upper tray disposed just above and immediately adjacent to the one of the at least one lower tray from the receiving position to the upper position.
Adjustable tray
An adjustable tray includes a first board, a second board and an adjustment component. The second board is pivoted on the first board, and the second board has at least one first position section and at least one second position section. The adjustment component includes a main part and at least one abutted part connected to each other. A first distance is between the first position section and the first board. A second distance is between the second position section and the first board. The first distance is different from the second distance. The main part is movably disposed on the first board for positioning the abutted part at the first position section or the second position section to pivot the second board with a first angle or a second angle between the first board and the second board, and the first angle is different from the second angle.
