STACKING MACHINE FOR HANDLING INDIVIDUAL SHEETS AND A SHEET DISPENSING SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INDIVIDUAL SHEETS
The present invention relates to a method of stacking individual sheets and a stacking machine for handling individual sheets, the stacking machine comprising a frame assembly (13) including support columns (711, 811) for supporting the delivery station (70), the transfer station (80) and the elevation station (82). The delivery station has a delivery table and the transfer station including a handling arm (85) is movable from a first position above the delivery table to a second position above the elevation station. The handling arm includes a holding member (86) for contacting the sheets individually and transferring the sheets individually from the delivery table to the elevation station and releasing the sheets individually at the elevation station. The elevation station has a platform for collecting the individual sheets and the platform is moved vertically from a first level to a second level for allowing the sheets to be stacked on top of the one another.
Web film movement compensating device for a web film movement compensation between a continuous forward movement section and an intermittent forward movement section
The present invention relates to a web film movement compensating device for a web film movement compensation between continuous forward movement section and intermittent forward movement section comprising two guide rollers (1, 2) rotating freely in stationary positions between a continuous driving device (5) and an intermittent driving device (6), two compensation rollers (3, 4) rotating freely on two respective pivoting arms (7, 8) oscillating about pivot shafts (11, 12), an elastic element (9) connected to one of the pivoting arms to actuate the corresponding compensation roller to move away from the guide rollers, and a movement transmission mechanism including lever arms and transmission rods (13, 14, 15) transmitting an oscillating movement from one of the pivoting arms (7, 8) to the other. A web film (50) moved by the driving devices is supported on the guide rollers (1, 2) and on the compensation rollers (3, 4) forming a meander.
Web tension control
The current invention is generally directed to apparatuses and methods for controlling tension and tension disturbances in a web being continuously unwound from a roll of spirally wound web material. In accordance with the present disclosure, a rotary dancer mechanism is used for applying active and variable forces to a moving web in response to irregularities, such as variations in tension. In one aspect, the apparatus and method of the present disclosure may be used to attenuate undesired disturbances in the web as the web is being fed into a process.
Device for feeding and accumulating film made of plastic material
Described is a device for feeding and accumulating film (2) made of plastic material wound on a reel to a bagging machine (4), comprising a frame (9), means for supporting at least one reel (3) of film (2) made of plastic material supported by the frame (9), a first and a second group (G1, G2) of rollers for redirecting the film (2) made of plastic material, the rollers of the first and second group (G1, G2) being arranged in two respective rows parallel to each other, the film (2) being designed to be wound alternatively on the rollers of the two groups (G1, G2) forming a plurality of loops.
IMPROVED WEB TENSION CONTROL
The current invention is generally directed to apparatuses and methods for controlling tension and tension disturbances in a web being continuously unwound from a roll of spirally wound web material. In accordance with the present disclosure, a rotary dancer mechanism is used for applying active and variable forces to a moving web in response to irregularities, such as variations in tension. In one aspect, the apparatus and method of the present disclosure may be used to attenuate undesired disturbances in the web as the web is being fed into a process.
APPARATUS FOR CUTTING A MATERIAL WEB INTO INDIVIDUAL SHEETS WITH A WEB STORAGE
An apparatus, in particular roll-type cross cutter, is shown and described, further in particular for forming a shingled stream of underlapping or overlapping sheets, in particular sheets of paper or cardboard, having a cross-cutting device for cutting a material web into individual sheets and having a web storage upstream of the cross-cutting device along the web transport path for storing and/or providing a material web, the material web being fed to the web storage from a web unwinding. According to the invention, it is provided that the web storage for storing the material web is arranged in the region of the cross-cutting device below the running height of the sheets.
CONVEYING DEVICE
The present invention provides a conveying device and a conveyance method that can improve manufacturing efficiency for the target object and reduce apparatus costs.
A conveying device for conveying a strip sheet has a double spiral route comprising a first spiral route from an outer side toward a. center side and a second spiral route from the center side toward an outer side connected successively in this order, and the first spiral route and the second spiral route are each composed of a plurality of conveyor rollers.
WEB CONVEYING DEVICE
A web conveying device configured to convey a web and rewind the web into a roll includes: a moving roller arranged between a send-in port for the web and a rewinding roll which is the web rolled, the moving roller configured to be movable in an up-down direction to apply tension to the web or release the tension; and a controller configured to perform control of moving the moving roller to an upper limit position in the up-down direction in an operation of stopping conveyance of the web.
Curl Resistant Web Handling System
A web handling system is disclosed. The web handling system includes first dancer rollers coupled to engage and move a web of a print medium in a forward and backward direction upon stopping a printing operation and allow forward motion during the printing operation.
