Live bait pen
A live bait pen having a porous housing having top end and a bottom end and an interior defined therein, a fence framework to contain live bait therein, a central axial member fixed centrally within the porous housing; a movable container surface disposed within the housing and mounted to a central collar, the collar extending upward from the movable container surface and slidably receiving the same wherein the container surface moves with the collar and limits travel of the container surface a sufficient predetermined distance to be maintained in a predetermined retention zone, a line extending into the pen a sufficient length to permit the movable container surface to extend to the bottom end, and an openable lid operably disposed on the top end of the side framework portion to provide easy insertion and removal of bait to and from the pen.
LIVEWELL ASSEMBLY
A livewell assembly includes a main housing, a cover, an aerator, and a utility rail. The main housing includes a top opening and an interior. The interior is accessible via the top opening. The interior is configured to hold a volume of water and live bait. The cover is removably coupled to the main housing and is configured to close the top opening. The aerator is coupled to the main housing and is configured to provide a flow of air to the interior while the cover is coupled to the main housing and closes the top opening. The utility rail is coupled to an exterior of the main housing and is configured to couple an accessory. The utility rail is elongated and comprises a general C-shape cross-section.

Systems and methods for manipulating fish
Certain types of fish respond differently to certain stimuli than other types of fish. Particularly, predetermined sound or vibration can cause certain types of fish to move away or jump. These reactions by particular types of fish can be used to capture the fish or prevent then from accessing parts of water systems. An exemplary capture mechanism employs multiple receptacles adapted to catch jumping fish from the air. An exemplary barrier of directed sound can prevent fish migration.

Scallop harvesting bag
A scallop harvesting bag used for harvesting scallops. The scallop harvesting bag may clip to a swimsuit allows for the use of both hands to hold and put scallops into this bag. The scallop harvesting bag has a rigid to semi-rigid throated opening to facilitate insertion of harvested scallops into the bag. The bag is attached to a bottom end of the throated opening and has an extraction closure defined along at least one edge of the bag. The bag may be formed of a mesh material to facilitate cleaning sand and debris from the harvested scallops contained therein.

Method and apparatus for unloading fishing vessels
A line hauler on a fish tender vessel is mounted to a port or starboard quarter location of a deck of the vessel. A loop of floating line is wrapped around the line hauler, extends toward the bow of the vessel to a pulley mounted on a respective port or starboard side, then extends down to the sea, then extends on the surface of the sea adjacent the respective port or starboard side to at least the location where the line hauler is mounted to the deck, and then extends from the surface of the sea back to the line hauler. The loop of line moves in a circle when the line hauler pulls on the line. Lead lines are connected to the line. Fishing vessels attached to the lead lines are pulled alongside the respective port or starboard side of the vessel when the line hauler pulls the line.
