IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
An image forming system includes an image forming apparatus, a pressure-bonding processing apparatus, an inputting portion, and a controller. The controller changes, in a case that directions of a front surface and a back surface of a recording material inputting portion and different from the directions of the front surface and the back surface in which a pressure-bonding printed matter is capable of being properly prepared, an image formation order of image forming data to an order in which the pressure-bonding printed matter is capable of being properly prepared in the directions of the front surface and the back surface of the recording material inputted by the inputting portion.
IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
An image forming system includes an image forming apparatus including a stacking portion, an image forming unit, and a fixing portion; a pressure-bonding processing apparatus including a folding processing portion, and a pressure-bonding portion; an inputting portion capable of inputting directions of a front surface and a back surface of the recording material stacked on the stacking portion; and a displaying portion for displaying a message indicating that a pressure-bonding printed matter is not properly prepared in a case that directions of the front surface and the back surface of the recording material inputted by the inputting portion are different from directions of the front surface and the back surface of the recording material in which the pressure-bonding printed matter is capable of being properly prepared.
METHOD FOR CUTTING ADHESIVE FILM, ADHESIVE FILM, AND WOUND BODY
There is provided a method for cutting an adhesive film and an adhesive film that are novel and improved and capable of fabricating an adhesive film with a low glass transition point, high quality, and a width of less than 1 mm. According to an aspect of the present invention in order to achieve the above object, there is provided a method for cutting an adhesive film, the method including cutting, under a temperature environment of 40 to 10 C., an adhesive film that satisfies a condition of the following formula (1) and whose tack value per unit length under room temperature is 3N/cm or more.
y0.27x+11.4(1)
In the formula (1), x is a glass transition point ( C.) of the adhesive film, and y is a tack value per unit length (N/cm) under room temperature of the adhesive film.
DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING A TWO-LAYER ADHESIVE TAPE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TWO-LAYER ADHESIVE TAPE
Dispensers, systems and methods dispense strips of a first adhesive tape which have adhesive on both sides and on one side is covered with a liner. A first storage unit from which the first adhesive tape is drawn off is provided, and a second storage unit from which a second adhesive tape is drawn off is provided. A connection installation by means of which the first adhesive tape and the second adhesive tape are interconnected so as to form a two-ply adhesive tape is provided, and an application installation by means of which the two-ply adhesive tape as a composite is capable of being applied to a substrate is provided.
DRYWALL TAPE APPLICATOR
An apparatus such as a hand-held drywall tape applicator is provided for applying a fluid-activated tape onto a wallboard or ceiling joint. The apparatus includes a housing defined by a left housing section and a right housing section. The housing is configured to removably mount a roll of tape at the rear end. The apparatus includes a base, a handle disposed between and coupled with the base and the rear end of the housing, a nozzle assembly attached to or defined by the front end of the housing, and a basin detachably coupled with the housing and configured to hold a fluid. The apparatus further includes a plurality of rollers, which include a first roller disposed inside the basin. The plurality of rollers are configured to feed and transport a portion of tape from the roll into the fluid of the basin and then out of the nozzle assembly.
Roll and method for producing roll
A roll includes a core having a tubular shape and a laminate wound around the core. The laminate includes a process film, a surface coat layer formed from a fluorine resin, a substrate layer, an adhesive layer, and a release liner formed from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in this order in a laminating direction. The process film is formed from at least of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyolefin, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and is thinner than the release liner.
Reel body, method for manufacturing reel body, and method for manufacturing article
A reel body is the reel body in which an adhesive film having an adhesive layer on a base material layer is wound around a winding core. The adhesive film does not have a protective layer on the adhesive layer and is wound around the winding core in a state in which the adhesive layer and the base material layer are contiguous to each other in the radial direction of the winding core. A width of the winding core in an axial direction is smaller than a width of the adhesive film. In a rolled body of the adhesive film, an overhang portion jutting out in the axial direction of the winding core is provided.
Dispenser Cartridge and Wiper
A dispenser housing for dispensing a multi-layer tape transfer tape used in a paper web turn-up operation, the transfer tape being the combination of a tape substrate coated on one side with a web grabbing adhesive and on the other side with a mounting adhesive, and a release liner having a release liner substrate fully coated on a first side with a release layer and zone-coated on a second side with a release layer, the transfer tape being wound onto a single spool with the release liner facing inward and the mounting side adhesive facing outward, such that buckling is precluded when the transfer tape is unwound from the spool.
Ergonomic Adhesive Noodle Applicator
Apparatus and methods for manually applying flexible noodles (e.g., noodles made of adhesive material) to a workpiece (e.g., a composite part) during production or construction. The noodle is fed out over a series of upright rolls and rollers to the target area. Those rolls and rollers are rotatably coupled to a platform that is designed to be worn on the forearm of the operator. In accordance with one example, the noodle applicator comprising an ergonomic handle and an ergonomic forearm brace that are positioned and attached to the platform to allow the weight of the platform to be centered higher up the forearm, protecting the wrist. The direction of application is in-line with the forearm of the operator, decreasing the strain involved.
Adhesive film production apparatus and adhesive film production method
Provided is an adhesive film production apparatus for producing an adhesive film having an adhesive layer on a base material layer, the adhesive layer having an elastic modulus at 230 C. of 1 MPa or greater and having a glass transition temperature higher than normal temperature, the adhesive film production apparatus including a feeding roller; a cutting part; and a plurality of winding cores, wherein the raw film of the adhesive film is wound on the feeding roller such that the adhesive layer faces outward, and wherein in the conveyance path of the adhesive film traveling from the cutting part toward the winding core, the number of times of the adhesive layer of the adhesive film bending in a convex manner is set to be equal to or more than the number of times of the adhesive layer bending in a concave manner.
