A roll (2) of dispensable sheet material (4), wherein the roll (2) has an inner bore (6), the dispensable sheet material (4) is such that it has a free end (8) which is difficult to find for manual dispensation of the dispensable sheet material (4) from the roll (2), the roll (2) comprises assist means (10) for assisting in the finding of the free end (8) of the dispensable sheet material (4), the assist means (10) comprises a device (12) which extends at least transversely over the width of the roll (2), and the device (12) is movable around the roll (2) such that the device (12) is locatable on the roll (2) at a place to receive an end portion (14) of the dispensable sheet material (4) which contains the free end (8), whereby the device (12) indicates the position of the free end (8) and thereby facilitates the manual dispensation of the dispensable sheet material (4) from the roll (2).

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STACKING TWO-DIMENSIONAL MATERIAL SHEETS, AND PRINTINGAND/OR COATING MACHINE
20200255249 · 2020-08-13 ·

Two-dimensional material sheets are stacked in a stacking device. One of a printing machine and a coating machine has at least one stacking unit having a stacking space. Material sheets are conveyed, via the stacking space of the stacking unit, comprised by the stacking device, and are deposited into a stack on top of one another on a loading aid. For two different production runs, the stacks are formed on the loading aid with the four corners of their areas in mutually different relative orientations with respect to the loading aid, which is arranged, in each case, in the stacking space of the stacking unit and is larger-format compared with the material sheets to be deposited in each case. For the two production runs, in each case, one loading aid of the same format is positioned on different positions, as seen in projection in the horizontal, in the stacking space of the stacking unit.

SYSTEM, METHOD, AND DEVICE FOR FOILING HAIR
20200172322 · 2020-06-04 ·

A system, method, and device for foiling hair while using a technique similar to balayage. The system uses hair foils with at least one jagged edge, essentially functioning as a stencil for the balayage design technique. As such, the foil may not leave a straight demarcation when color is brushed off the ends of the foil onto the hair underneath from the previous foil layer, allowing the hair artist to employ a foiling process that is a combination of a paneled layering technique and a balayage technique.

Machine and method for providing rolls of material for use in sheet form, particularly aluminum for food uses, of the coreless type

A method for providing rolls of material for use in sheet form, particularly aluminum for food uses, comprising a step of rewinding the material for use in sheet form in order to form a roll; the rewinding step is provided by winding the material for use in sheet form directly on a rewinding shaft, with the material for use in sheet form in contact with a cylindrical outer lateral surface of the rewinding shaft, which is actuated with a rotary motion about its longitudinal axis, so as to obtain a coreless roll.

Station for inspecting rolled strips in coils

A station (100, 110) for inspecting rolled strips wound in coils, comprises: a first pair of mutually opposed pinch rolls (3, 4), adapted to receive and feed a rolled strip (1) from a coil (10); a carriage (7) sliding between a first start position, near said first pair of pinch rolls (3, 4), and a second end position, said sliding carriage (1) comprising a gripping member to grasp said rolled strip (1) coming from said first pair of pinch rolls (3, 4), said carriage allowing the strip to be unwound without contact with a surface (S1) to be inspected.

Electrode Tab Guide Device

The present disclosure relates to an electrode tab guide device for guiding electrode tabs provided at an edge of an electrode sheet being transferred by a roller. The electrode tab guide device includes: a guide body disposed on a side of a periphery of the roller; a first guide member that is spaced apart from the guide body in a peripheral direction of the roller, and guides the electrode tabs onto an outer peripheral surface of the roller; and a first adjustment unit that is coupled at both longitudinal sides thereof to the first guide member and the guide body, respectively, and adjusts a distance between the first guide member and the guide body.
