FOOD PACKAGING FILM, AND GIFT-BOXED SMALL ROLL OF FOOD PACKAGING FILM
The present invention provides a food wrapping film containing a thermoplastic resin, a blue colorant, and a white colorant.
Splicing method and unit for splicing two packaging films for a horizontal packaging machine
Splicing method and unit for a packaging machine, whereby a first film is spliced to a second film which is a spare film. The splicing is performed by means of an adhesive element with two opposing adhesive surfaces, one for each film, and a longitudinal adhering element. First an adhesive surface is adhered to the adhering element and said adhering element moves so that the other adhesive surface comes into contact with the second film and adheres to it. Then the adhering element is separated from said second film, the adhesive element being adhered to said second film, and the first film is caused to come into contact with said adhesive element already adhered to the second film.
Dispenser
A dispenser for dispensing plastic film for vehicle repair, the dispenser including: a first support adapted to rotatably support a roll of plastic film, and an aperture, wherein the plastic film can be pulled through the aperture from the roll and retracted through the aperture towards the roll.
Avoidance of Scratches on the Film
The inventions describes a roller for guiding a film web and for subjecting the film web to an at least partially radially inwardly directed force, wherein openings are provided in the surface for applying the inwardly directed force, wherein the openings can be subjected at least partially to a negative pressure from a negative pressure source.
For this purpose, at least one device for increasing the radially inwardly directed force and/or the roller are/is configured such that the film web is movable relative to the roller surface without damage being brought about on the film web.
Biaxially oriented polyester film roll
Provided is a polyester film roll which has less wrinkles and film surface defects, exhibits no deviation of winding, and is suitable for secondary processing such as coating and vapor deposition. The polyester film roll is obtained by winding a biaxially oriented polyester film around a core, and is characterized by satisfying requirements (1)-(3) below: (1) the average winding hardness of the surface of the polyester film roll is in the range of 500-700; (2) the variation rate of the winding hardness of the surface of the polyester film roll in the film width direction is 1-5%; and (3) the variation rate of the average winding hardness from the surface of the polyester film roll to the core is 3-10%.
SHEET PRODUCT PACKAGE AND METHOD OF MAKING DISPENSABLE SHEET PRODUCT
A sheet product package and method of making discrete plastic sheets includes a package enclosure with a dispensing opening structure and a plurality of discrete plastic sheets arranged in a stack. The plurality of discrete plastic sheets are disposed within the package enclosure, and each of the plurality of discrete plastic sheets is electrostatically charged. In the method of making the dispensable plastic sheets, electrostatically charged discrete plastic sheets are formed and arranged in a stack. The method may include forming a continuous plastic film, cutting the continuous plastic film into discrete plastic sheets, and, after cutting, electrostatically charging the discrete plastic sheets.
RECEIVING MEANS FOR RECEIVING FILM MATERIAL
The invention relates to a receiving means (200) for receiving film material (250) for use in a winding machine (IO), wherein the receiving means (200) comprises at least one bearing region (210) for attaching the receiving means (200) to a winding unit (20) of the winding machine (IO) and comprises a wall (220) having an outer surface region (230), wherein the wall (220) is designed in such a way that the surface region (230) can be placed onto a transport device (30) of the winding machine (10) and the film material (250) can be received onto the surface region (230).
Tension-inducing shaft assemblies
A tension-inducing shaft system includes a shaft, two shaft caps, and a biasing mechanism. A bore extends through the shaft between two ends of the shaft. The shaft caps are positioned on the two ends of the shaft. Each shaft cap includes a collar having a size that is larger than the bore, a keyed end, and an anchor. The biasing mechanism is arranged inside the bore and is coupled to the anchors of the shaft caps so that the biasing mechanism exerts inward forces on the shaft cap. The keyed ends of the shaft caps can be coupled to a housing so that the shaft caps do not rotate with respect to the housing. The shaft is configured to rotate with respect to the shaft caps such that, when the keyed ends are coupled to the housing, the shaft is capable of rotating with respect to the housing.
BRAKING WRAP DISPENSER
A film dispenser includes a holding member including a first end and a second end joined to the first end, the holding member defining a longitudinal axis extending from the first end to the second end, the second end defining a brake portion and a slot defined by the brake portion, the slot including a first slot portion extending in a circumferential direction across a width of the brake portion and second and third slot portions extending across a length of the brake portion, the second and third slot portions distal from each other on opposing sides of the brake portion, the slot further including fourth and fifth slot portions angled with respect to the second and third slot portions, respectively, the fourth and fifth slot portions extending in a circumferential direction, the fourth and fifth slot portions of the slot intersecting the second and third slot portions, respectively.
Accompanying squeezing unit in a winding machine for plastic film
An accompanying squeezing unit in a machine for winding plastic film onto bobbins, in which at least two spindles are positioned on a rotating plate around a central shaft constrained to an upright of the machine, the group including an accompanying squeezing roll situated on a lever mechanism which is selectively actuated to rotate-oscillate by actuators in order to maintain the squeezing roll positioned on a film in the final winding onto a bobbin positioned on one of the spindles, the lever mechanism being activated when the plate carrying the spindles is rotated to discharge a finished bobbin. The lever mechanism in the group includes two first levers and two second levers articulated relative to each other.
