Roll-Removal Device, Winding Device and Method for Transporting Away a Plurality of Rolls Which Have Been Wound to Completion
The invention describes a roll-removal device by means of which a plurality of rolls which have been wound to completion are transported away from a winding shaft having a displacement device for displacing the rolls relative to the winding shaft, in order to withdraw the rolls from the winding shaft, having a receiving device for receiving the rolls, and having a transfer device for transferring the rolls from the displacement device to the receiving device, wherein the rolls can be rolled freely at least in certain regions, the rolls rolling about their rolling axes.
By means of this device for changing the position of the rolls axes, the roll axes of two adjacent rolls can be moved to an angle of less than 180 degrees in relation to one another.
FILM WINDING DEVICE CONTROL METHOD, FILM ROLL, AND FILM WINDING DEVICE
A method accurately determines internal stress in a film roll and prevents defects in the film roll. A film winding device includes a take-up roller and a winding tension adjustment device. A calculation device uses a winding equation in which a winding tension function is explicitly expressed, the winding tension function expressing a winding tension as a function of a radius of a core. The winding tension adjustment device controls winding tension in accordance with a winding tension distribution function calculated by the calculation device.
LONG-HANDLE FILM PACKING DEVICE
A long-handle film packing device includes a first rod and a second rod connected with each other. The first rod is formed with an axial limit groove. The second rod is provided with a limit member corresponding to the limit groove. Through the limit member limited to the limit groove, the length of the long-handle film packing device can be adjusted quickly. Through a positioning pin, the long-handle film packing device can be positioned quickly. The present invention can be applied to different lengths of packing film rolls. In addition, the packing film roll can be first mounted, and then the length of the film packing device is adjusted. Except that the length of the present invention can be adjusted and positioned quickly, the present invention has better practicability and convenience for installation.
Systems for unwinding a roll of thermoplastic material interleaved with a porous material, and related methods
An apparatus (un-interleaver) for unwinding a roll of material interleaved with another material, and for separating the materials, includes a first platform, a second platform, a tension-sensor, an edge-sensor, and a controller. The controller monitors signals generated by the tension-sensor and the edge-sensor, and in response to the signals: a) causes the speed at which the second platform rotates to change to maintain a predetermined tension in the second material as the second material travels from the first platform toward the second platform, and b) causes the second platform to move relative to the first platform to align the edge of the second material traveling toward the roll of second material with the edge of the second material in the roll.
Anti misuse system
An anti-misuse system for a sheet dispenser having a roll of sheet material and a housing to receive the roll. The anti-misuse system includes an end portion of a roll incorporating a first projection and a corresponding end wall portion of the housing comprising a retracting portion incorporating an interacting mechanism. The retracting portion is movable between a deployed position in which the interacting mechanism affects the functionality of the sheet dispenser and a retracted position in which the interacting mechanism enables the sheet dispenser to be functional. The retracting portion further incorporates an abutment drivable by the projection upon insertion of the roll into the housing to move the retracting portion into the retracted position.
RECEPTION SLEEVE
A reception sleeve that may be mounted on a mandrel of a packaging machine for winding up a film used in the packaging process on the reception sleeve. The reception sleeve may include a plurality of hinges. Each hinge may have a hinge axis, wherein each hinge axis may be oriented in a direction parallel to a central axis of the reception sleeve. The reception sleeve may be mounted on a reception mandrel of the packaging machine, preferably for winding a residual film grid remaining after sealing trays in the packaging machine. The mandrel may include a mechanism for selectively tensioning the reception sleeve thereon to tension the reception sleeve to allow the mandrel to transfer a winding torque to the reception sleeve, and to reduce the tension so the reception sleeve can easily be removed from the mandrel.
FILM DISCHARGING DEVICE
Disclosed is a film discharging device including a supply unit configured to supply a film product, a branch unit including a branch conveyer configured to transfer a film product supplied from the supply unit, and a conveyer rotating member configured to selectively guide the branch conveyer passing through the branch conveyer to any one of a predetermined first branch path and a predetermined second branch path by rotating the branch conveyer in a predetermined forward direction or a reverse direction opposite to the forward direction to change an alignment angle of the branch conveyer, a first discharging unit configured to discharge the film product guided to the first branch path, and a second discharging unit configured to discharge the film product guided to the second branch path.
Receiving means for receiving film material
The invention relates to a receiving means (200) for receiving film material (250) for use in a winding machine (IO), wherein the receiving means (200) comprises at least one bearing region (210) for attaching the receiving means (200) to a winding unit (20) of the winding machine (IO) and comprises a wall (220) having an outer surface region (230), wherein the wall (220) is designed in such a way that the surface region (230) can be placed onto a transport device (30) of the winding machine (10) and the film material (250) can be received onto the surface region (230).
Layer transfer device
A layer transfer device configured to transfer at least one layer of a multilayer film onto a toner image includes: a sheet conveying unit; a supply reel; a wind-up reel; a film transfer unit; and a peeling roller disposed between the film transfer unit and the wind-up reel in a conveyance path and configured to peel off the multilayer film from a sheet, and the film transfer unit includes: a first roller provided to contact the sheet; and a second roller provided to contact the multilayer film, and a tangent line of the second roller at a downstream end of a nip part passes between a center of the second roller and a center of the peeling roller, and an angle formed by the tangent line and a film tension portion of the multilayer film tensed between the nip part and the peeling roller is 15 to 37 degrees.
HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYESTER-BASED FILM ROLL
The invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film roll obtained by winding a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film with a shrinkage ratio of 30% or more in a film main shrinkage direction in hot water at 90° C. for 10 seconds. The film roll has a winding length of 2000-25000 m and a width of 400-2500 mm. The film has a thickness of 5-40 μm. In thickness unevenness in a width direction of the film on a surface layer of the film roll, there are positions having concave thickness patterns, and in a concave portion that has a maximum thickness difference (maximum concave portion), thickness unevenness in the maximum concave portion, which is obtained from the maximum thickness difference in the maximum concave portion and an average thickness of the film is 10% or less. The winding hardness of the surface layer of the film roll is 400-800.
