SEPARATOR CORE AND SEPARATOR ROLL
A core (u1, u2) around which a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery separator is to be wound. A side surface of the core (u1, u2) has a depression (20). This makes it possible, in a case where cores (separator cores) are stored by being stacked while still wet after cleaning, to prevent damage to a core caused by a problem where cores stick together and an core lower in a stack falls when a core higher in the stack is removed.
SPOOL MADE OF A THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL FOR THE WINDING OF WINDING MATERIAL, AS WELL AS TO A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A spool for winding strand-shaped material having flange discs (22, 24) with an outer flange surface and an inner flange surface (21, 23) as well as a method for manufacturing the spool. The discs have a central through bore (30) that is surrounded by an annular recess (25) with an annular wall (26) positioned in the inner flange surface. A tubular spool core (10) has front surfaces which are connected in a materially bonded manner to the annular wall (26) inside the annular recess (25) of the flange discs (22, 24), wherein at least one channel (32) is provided next to the annular wall (26) inside the annular recess (25) for receiving liquefied connection material. The spool core (10) has approximately the same diameter as the annular wall (26) inside the annular recess (25).
SPOOL SECURING MECHANISM
A spool-securing mechanism is presented herein and comprises a spool-engaging member including a rotation axis thereof, a spool-contacting member comprising a fixed portion fixedly secured to the spool-engaging member about the rotation axis and a mobile portion slidably secured to the spool-engaging member about the rotation axis, the mobile portion being distal and adjacent to the fixed portion, the spool-securing mechanism further comprising a torque member rotatably secured to the spool-engaging member distal to the mobile portion, the torque member comprising at least one radially disposed slot-engaging member, and a locking member secured to a distal end of the spool-engaging member. A kit and a method of use thereof are equally herein presented.
Reel, method of manufacturing the same, and method of manufacturing reel component member
A reel comprises a bottomed circular tube shaped hub that has an outer peripheral face for winding a recording tape around; a first flange that is integrally molded to one end portion of the hub; a second flange that is joined to another end portion of the hub; a plurality of hole portions that are provided at equal intervals on a ring shaped reel gear formed at a lower face of a bottom plate of the hub; and a gate mark that is formed at the bottom plate of the hub, further to a radial direction inside than an inner peripheral face of the hub, wherein a difference in surface roughness between a weld portion and a non-weld portion on the outer peripheral face of the hub is 0.25 m or less.
Separator core and separator roll

This makes it possible, in a case where cores (separator cores) are stored by being stacked while still wet after cleaning, to prevent damage to a core caused by a problem where cores stick together and an core lower in a stack falls when a core higher in the stack is removed.
Spool assembly and method of use thereof
A spool, presented herein, is comprising a proximal side including a central opening about a rotation axis thereof, a distal side including a central opening about the rotation axis thereof, the proximal side and the distal side being assembled together with alignment of the rotation axis thereof, an axial slot radially extending from the central opening and a recessed portion communicating with the central opening, the recessed portion extending between the axial slot and a locking member receiver. A method of using same and a mechanism to engage lock and actuate the spool is also presented therein.
Reinforced cable spool
A cable spool for use in automated cable winding applications, said cable spool comprising a barrel having an outside diameter and a length, and two annular flanges located at opposite ends of said barrel, wherein each one of said flanges has an inward facing side directed towards said other flange and an outward facing side, each one of said flanges includes at least one through-hole extending between said inward facing side and said outward facing side, wherein each one of said through-holes forms a start hole, and each one of said flanges includes at least one reinforcement portion positioned between said barrel and said through-holes, wherein said at least one reinforcement portion has a height measured in a radial direction from a lateral surface of said barrel to a distal edge of said at least one reinforcement portion.
Method for producing a cable spool with rounded edges
A method for producing a cable spool including the steps of providing a mold for producing a cable spool, assembling said mold by joining said at least two central mold pieces and said first and second flange mold pieces, adding molten polymer material to said mold, removing said mold and cooling said cable spool. Also, a mold for producing a cable spool, said mold including at least two central mold pieces, a first flange mold piece and a second flange mold piece. Also, a plastic cable spool including a barrel and two annular flanges located at opposite ends of said barrel, wherein each one of said flanges has an inward facing side directed towards said other flange and an outward facing side, and each one of said flanges includes a through-hole extending between said inward facing side and said outward facing side.
Spool holder
The present invention is a spool holder that is an insert for inserting in the hole in a spool to frictionally engage the inner surface of the spool, and having an attachment mechanism that allows the insert to be attached to a surface, such as the vertical metallic side of a car. The attachment mechanism may include a number of magnets disposed in receptacles in the insert, or a number of small suction cups on the lateral sides of the insert.
Dental prosthetic arrangement and dental prosthetic system
A dental prosthetic arrangement and a dental prosthetic system include a combination of a lower part assigned to a jaw implant and an upper part assigned to a prosthesis body in a connection section, wherein in particular two bearing faces are produced in the connection section when in the connected state, the bearing faces being cylindrical, preferably circular-cylindrical in relation to a center axis and being spaced apart from each other in the axial direction. The axial extent of the cylindrical bearing faces is advantageously small compared to the axial extent of the connection section. The two cylindrical bearing faces are preferably situated in axially opposite end regions of the connection section and are connected to each other by approximately conical wall faces of a cut-out in the upper part and a projection of the lower part that projects into the latter.
