Passenger transport system

A passenger transport system includes a plurality of passenger transporters controlled by a transport system control, and further comprises at least one parameter memory configured to store at least one parameter or parameter set for the function of at least one transport system component, which transport system comprises a first wireless interface. The first interface may input data regarding at least one stored parameter or parameter set for the function of the related transport system component(s). The passenger transport system comprises mobile devices carried by users, which mobile devices may communicate wirelessly with the first interface, which communication is based on a short range transmission. The mobile devices may be prompted by the first interface to transmit data regarding the parameter or parameter set of the correlated transport system component. A passenger system interaction with a user to individual user requirements may be customized.

Touchless system to be installed for the user control of the elevator based on QR codes and mobile application

The number of bacteria present on an elevator button is almost 40 times higher than on a public toilet seat. An elevator that requires no physical contact is the answer. Just by the use of the mobile-phone, the transmission of diseases and viruses will be enormously reduced. The first part of the system is the motion sensors on the outside of the elevator, which are used to summon the elevator (up or down). The second part is an app. With the typing of desired floor number, the app generates a QR code which then scan the QR scanner inside the elevator. Lastly there is the Universal Communication Unit which translates the info taken in by the QR scanner and sends it to the operating system for the elevator to then trigger the correct response.

In an elevator System with a destination call control device, a first destination call being input on a floor by a first passenger at a first point in time is evaluated in order to determine first call information comprising data on a call input floor and/or a destination floor. The first call information determines if a number of additional passengers are to be assigned to the first destination call resulting in an additional space requirement in an elevator car handling the first destination call. Information on the additional space requirement is generated if a number of additional passengers are to be assigned to the first destination call. If this is the case, the first destination call is allocated with the aid of an allocation algorithm by using information on the additional space requirement in order to transport the first passenger from the call input floor to the destination floor.

Allocation of facilities on a route

Elevators and other facilities in buildings and other constructed environments can be controlled remotely. In an advanced controlling method at least one person is guided through constructed environment along a predetermined route. When the route is known facilities, such as elevators, may be called or activated in advance so that the person guided along the route does not need to do it when arriving at the area of influence of the facility. When there are more than one person travelling the routes may be combined such that the central system controlling allocations of facilities may call or activate resources more than one person.

A phone has a touch screen display. The display shows an internet map. The map allows for a user to search for multiuser public devices, such as, elevators. The user finds the device, by viewing the device's location, and the phone's location on the map. For example, the phone searches for and finds devices, such as, smart toilets, which are shown on the map. The user touches one of the desired displayed toilets, to receive the toilet's control panel interface. The received control panel, is displayed on the phone. The user operates the toilet, by touch activating the toilet's control panel's commands. The phone, and toilet communicate over the internet wirelessly, or wirelessly. The user avoids bacteria, on the toilet's touch input buttons, by using the phone to operate the toilet. The user can find and operate, many different public multiuser devices.

INTERFACE DEVICE, AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM, AND A METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OF DISPLAYING OF A PLURALITY OF DESTINATION CALLS

An interface device for controlling displaying of a plurality of destination calls includes an input configured to receive user input for making one or more destination calls, a controller entity configured to record made destination calls, and at least one display capable of displaying simultaneously a pre-determined number of destination calls. The predetermined number is two or more. The at least one display is configured to display simultaneously the predetermined number of most recent destination calls made from said interface device. An elevator system and a method for controlling displaying of a plurality of destination calls include the interface device.

ARRANGEMENT FOR TRANSFERRING TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE CONTROL DATA WITHIN A SHARED DATA NETWORK

An arrangement for connecting transportation infrastructure peripheral devices, such as elevator and escalator peripheral devices, to a transportation infrastructure devices, such as elevator, using a building network is disclosed. In the arrangement a virtually dedicated channel for communication between elevator and escalator peripheral devices is created. The channel is used for transmitting signals, such as elevator calls, so that there is no need to use a dedicated and separated network for elevator and escalator peripheral devices.
