INTELLIGENT ELEVATOR CALL LOGIC
Provided are embodiment for a method and a system for filtering unintended requests. The embodiments can include receiving an input to disable an elevator lock for an elevator car, and determining whether to unlock the elevator lock. The embodiments can also include unlocking the elevator lock based at least in part on the determination and permitting or prohibiting motion of the elevator car responsive to the determination.
System and method for controlling elevator system access
An exemplary elevator system includes at least one elevator car. An access controller is configured to provide an access credential to a portable wireless communication device responsive to a request from that device indicating a desire for at least access to the elevator system. The access credential at least temporarily indicates that the desired access should be granted. A credential receiver is configured to obtain the provided access credential from the portable wireless communication device. An entry device allows the desired access responsive to the credential receiver obtaining the access credential.
ELEVATOR ROUTE SELECTION SYSTEM
A method and system for providing destination dispatch in an elevator control system, includes identifying a user, retrieving a user profile associated with the user, receiving a destination request associated with the user, analyzing the user profile and the destination request, determining a plurality of assignments, identifying a preferred assignment of the plurality of assignments, and prompting the user to opt-out of the preferred assignment.
METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM, AND SYSTEM FOR OPERATING ELEVATOR INSTALLATION
A method for operating an elevator system includes a trusted device that creates an authentication data packet having a unique, periodically changing code based on the current time. A mobile device sends a mobile request message to a server including the request for the operation of the elevator system and the authentication data packet. A server verifies the authenticity of the mobile request message based on the authentication data packet included in the mobile request message and, after the authentication data packet has been verified, sends an instruction message to the elevator controller.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF INITIATING ELEVATOR SERVICE BY ENTERING AN ELEVATOR CALL
The present disclosure relates generally to a system and method of initiating elevator service by entering an elevator call with a call input device operating a program including a plurality of graphical objects displayed on a graphic user interface, in communication with an elevator system. The method includes the steps: selecting a current floor graphical object from the plurality of graphical objects; and selecting a destination floor graphical object from the plurality of graphical objects.
AN INTELLIGENT BUILDING SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING ACTIONS BASED ON USER DEVICE DETECTION
A system and/or method that establishes a proximity environment with respect to an elevator and detecting a position of a user device within the proximity environment is provided. Further the system and method determines a source floor and a destination floor respective to the user device and generating an elevator call to the elevator in accordance with the source floor and the destination floor.
Elevator analytics facilitating passenger destination prediction and resource optimization
Systems, computer-implemented methods, and computer program products that can facilitate elevator analytics and/or elevator optimization components are provided. According to an embodiment, a system can comprise a memory that stores computer executable components and a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory. The computer executable components can comprise a prediction component that can predict a current destination of an elevator passenger based on historical elevator usage data of the elevator passenger. The computer executable components can further comprise an assignment component that can assign the elevator passenger to an elevator based on the current destination.
Multimodal User Interface for Destination Call Request of Elevator Systems Using Route and Car Selection Methods
An elevator control system for an elevator system, including a display device, at least one processor in communication with the display device and the elevator system, the at least one processor programmed or configured to render, on the display device, a graphical destination interface comprising a plurality of visual representations of destinations within the building, receive a user selection of a selected destination from the plurality of destinations, determine a plurality of selectable options for elevator call requests based on the selected destination, render the plurality of selectable options for elevator call requests on the graphical destination interface or a second graphical call request interface, receive a user selection of a selected option from the plurality of selectable options for elevator call requests, and control movement of an elevator car in the elevator system based on the selected destination and the selected option.
The method includes the steps: selecting a first floor graphical object from the plurality of graphical objects; and selecting a second floor graphical object from the plurality of graphical objects.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PREDICTING FLOOR INFORMATION FOR A DESTINATION CALL
According to one aspect, there is provided a method for predicting floor information for a destination call. The method comprises storing, in a memory, destination call history entries about destination calls made by a user, each destination call history entry comprising a time stamp and a source and destination floor pair for a destination call; detecting an intention of the user to make a new destination call; and predicting a destination floor for the new destination call based on the current time and the stored destination call history entries of the user.
