According to one embodiment, a computer-implemented method for preventing an unintended call for a conveyance apparatus of a conveyance system is provided. The conveyance system comprising a first location device and a second location device. The computer-implemented method comprising: detecting a first interaction between the mobile device and the first location device; determining a travel direction of the first mobile device; and automatically filtering a second interaction between the mobile device and a second location device to prevent an unintended call to a conveyance apparatus in response to the travel direction of the mobile device.

A method of assigning a destination floor to an elevator call associated with a mobile device is provided. The method including: receiving a first elevator call to travel from a first floor, the first floor is a boarding floor for the first elevator call; detecting a location of a mobile device relative to an elevator car of an elevator system; moving the elevator car from the first floor to a second floor in response to the first elevator call; determining when the mobile device exits the elevator car at the second floor in response to the location of the mobile device, the second floor is a destination floor for the first elevator call; receiving a second elevator call from the mobile device; and establishing the second floor as a destination floor for the second elevator call.

A method for dispatching an elevator applied in a block chain system verifies a call for an elevator by a passenger. The method includes: controlling each node of the block chain system to verify the elevator call; broadcasting information to the block chain system as to verification granted when verification of the elevator call by a node is passed; saving consumption information of the elevator call when the quantity of verifications granted received by the node is greater than a first predetermined value; and controlling and dispatching an elevator to be at the service of the passenger as a dedicated elevator when the elevator call is successful. Disclosed is a mobile device configured to communicate over a network with a controller of an elevator system, wherein the mobile device is configured to: initiate a service request call over the network to the controller; transmit, to the controller during the service request call, a service request for an elevator service at a first level; receive, from the controller, a first data including a reference number that is indicative of an elevator assignment assigned to an elevator car in response to the service request, wherein the elevator assignment instructs the elevator car to travel to the first level; automatically initiate a status update call over the network to the controller when the service request call terminates before receiving the elevator service; and transmit, to the controller during the status update call, a second data including the reference number without transmitting an additional service request for the elevator service.
