ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM, ELEVATOR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ELEVATOR
An elevator control system, an elevator system including the elevator control system, and a method for controlling an elevator. An elevator control system includes: one or more call-out units, each of which is provided at a corresponding elevator landing station; a control unit configured to perform the following operations: receiving a call request message from one or more of the call-out units, the call request message includes, in addition to an identification of a departure floor, at least one of: an identification of a call requester and a set of elevator resource demand features associated with the call requester; and generating a dispatching command for an elevator car in response to the received call request message.
ELEVATOR CONTROL
According to an example embodiment, an elevator control system is provided, the elevator control system comprising an elevator controller for controlling movement of one or more elevators of an elevator transport system between one or more floors of a building under construction; and a scheduling system for maintaining a transport reservation schedule pertaining to said one or more elevators, wherein the transport reservation schedule comprises one or more transport reservations that comprise at least a first transport reservation that defines at least a first reserved transport time period, a first origin floor, and a first activation code, wherein the elevator controller is arranged to: control an elevator allocated to serve the first transport reservation to arrive at the first origin floor by the beginning of the first transport time period, and control, during the first reserved transport time period, said elevator allocated to serve the first transport reservation to move to a destination floor in response to receiving an activation code that matches the first activation code.
ELEVATOR SYSTEM WITH VISITOR OPERATING MODE
In a system with an elevator system, a host can grant a visitor access to a building and switch the elevator system into a visitor operating mode in order to transport the visitor to a destination floor. The host can initiate a movement of the elevator car to a first defined floor, on which a visitor would like to enter an elevator car, by means of an input on a mobile device. A camera arranged in the elevator car and a camera recording, which is produced by means of said camera and displayed on the mobile device, enable the host to check if only the user is located in the elevator car. If this is the case, the host can initiate the movement of the elevator car to the destination floor by means of an additional input on the mobile device.
Destination control system
The invention relates to a destination control system of an elevator system having at least one elevator group, wherein a destination call is input via at least one destination call input device to the destination control system to be allocated to at least one of the elevators of the elevator group to service the destination call. The destination call input device further includes an optional input for a desired operating time of a so called pre-booked destination call and the destination control system comprises a memory for pre-booked destination call data comprising the departure floor, the destination floor, a correlated operating time for the pre-booked destination call as well as a correlated identifier of the user having issued the pre-booked destination call, in which destination control system the pre-booked destination calls are allocated to the elevators of the elevator group with a higher priority than not pre-booked destination calls. Further, the destination control system has at least one identification reader arranged at least in the vicinity of the elevators to obtain an identifier input by the elevator user, and a pre-booked destination call is confirmed by the destination control system only after it has been checked that the identifier obtained by the identification reader corresponds to the identifier correlated to the pre-booked destination call. The invention rewards pre-booking of destination calls and leads thus to a better efficiency of the elevator system.
Out-of-group operations for multicar hoistway systems
A ropeless elevator system includes a plurality of elevator cars configured to travel in a hoistway having at least one lane, a propulsion system to impart force to each elevator car of the plurality of elevator cars, and a controller. The controller is programmed to operate in an in-group mode where the plurality of elevator cars perform service demands, an out-of-group mode where at least one selected elevator car of the plurality of elevator cars is prevented from performing the group service mode service demands, and a transition mode where the at least one selected elevator car is prepared and transitioned from operation in the in-group mode to operation in the out-of-group mode.
PASSENGER CONVEYING SYSTEM COMPRISING MONITORING DEVICE
A method can be used to operate an elevator system that comprises multiple elevator shafts, an elevator car, and a shaft changing unit. The elevator car can change from a first elevator shaft into a second elevator shaft by way of the shaft changing unit. To convey a user of the elevator system from a starting position to a destination position, a route is determined from a plurality of route options whereby initial values are taken into account for the determination of the route. In this context, a specification relating to use of the shaft changing unit is taken into account as an initial value from the initial values for the determination of the route.
Predictive analytics to determine elevator path and staging
In an approach for determining an optimal path for an elevator, a processor receives information, wherein the information includes social media data associated with a user and calendar entries associated with the user, indicating one or more locations within a building. A processor analyzes the received information. A processor determines a location to send an elevator within the building to minimize movement of the elevator, based on the analyzed information. A processor causes the elevator to move to the location.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPERATING ELEVATOR SYSTEM DURING LOCKDOWN
Disclosed is an elevator system including a system controller, wherein the system controller is configured to: render a plurality of determinations for effecting elevator service during a lockdown condition, including a first determination that an elevator car is transporting a first passenger to a first floor, a second determination that a lockdown event is occurring at a second floor, a third determination for the elevator car to transport the first passenger to a third floor to avoid travel proximate the second floor, and execute one or more communications including: a first communication to an elevator car controller for the elevator car to effect the third determination.
Elevator notifications on mobile device associated with user identification device
An elevator dispatch control system includes an electronic UserID detection device that detects a UserID device and extracts a device identifier associated with the UserID device. An electronic ride request unit detects a ride request of a user. An electronic elevator controller is in communication with the UserID device and the ride request unit. The elevator controller determines contact information of the user based on a comparison between the extracted device identifier and a plurality of stored device identifiers stored in a database. The elevator controller transmits elevator car assignment information to the user device associated with the UserID device based on the determined contact information.
Waking up home door bluetooth smart lock
A control system is provided which comprises a controller and an interface. The controller is configured to detect at least one user permitted to use at least one smart lock, and send a wake-up command via the interface to the at least one smart lock by which the at least one smart lock is instructed to activate a radio connection for a mobile device of the at least one user.
