CLIMBING SYSTEM FOR A CRANE
The invention relates to a climbing system (1) for a crane. The system comprises a climbing apparatus (2) for inserting a mast section (3) or for removing a mast section (3) from a tower structure (4) of a crane, and a control unit (5) for controlling the climbing apparatus (2). The system is furthermore characterized in that the system comprises a first sensor (51) for monitoring a state of a connection means of the climbing apparatus (2) and/or the tower structure (4), wherein the first sensor (51) is connected to the control unit (5). A climbing process of a crane can thus be simplified and the safety of the climbing process can be increased.
Apparatus for Lifting Heavy Loads
An apparatus for lifting heavy loads (and concomitant method), comprising at least one mast or part of such mast, from which a load may be suspended, wherein the apparatus is provided with an erection facility that during erection of the apparatus is invariably positionable on a supporting surface external of the apparatus and equipped to convert the apparatus between a dismantled position and a fully erected position.
BOOM ATTACH/DETACH DEVICE OF CRANE AND BOOM ATTACH/DETACH METHOD FOR CRANE
A boom attach/detach device includes a boom, an extensible cylinder, and a boom supporting device. At least a part of the boom supporting device is arranged more to a boom front end side than an upper slewing body. When the extensible cylinder conducts extension and contraction operation in a state where coupling between the upper slewing body and the boom by a boom foot pin is cut off, the boom supporting device supports the boom to enable a rear end portion of the boom to move in a boom axis direction. The boom can be attached or detached with ease without a need to use a separate power device from a crane to suppress increases in size, in mass, and in cost of an upper slewing body.
CRANE TOWER
The present invention relates to a crane tower comprising a crane tower base, which has a crane tower or a crane tower element fixed thereto and from which the crane tower extends upwards, and a tension element for bracing the crane tower 1 on the crane tower base. The tension element has one of its two ends connected to the crane tower base and its respective other end connected to the crane tower or to a coupling element that is connected to the crane tower. The crane tower is characterized in that the tension element extends outside of the crane tower. It is thus possible to reduce the dimensions of the crane tower without causing any change of bending resistance or to increase the bending resistance on the basis of the same dimensions.
CRANE AND METHOD FOR INFLUENCING A DEFORMATION OF A JIB SYSTEM OF SAID CRANE
A crane having at least one jib system, a sensor unit for detecting a deformation of the jib system transversely to a load plane, and to an activatable adjustment unit for influencing the deformation of the jib system transversely to the load plane.
Construction and/or materials-handling machine and method for guiding and moving a working head
The invention relates to a method and a construction and/or a materials-handling machine for guiding and moving a working head, in particular a 3D print head, wherein at least three revolving tower cranes are attached to each other with their booms, wherein according to one aspect of the invention a guide beam carrying the working head is attached to at least two trolleys of two revolving tower cranes, and the working head is adjusted and moved in its working position by moving the trolleys along two booms of two revolving tower cranes.
A SELF-CLIMBING TOWER CRANE
A self-climbing tower crane includes a crane base configured to be placed on a support at a hoisting site, tower segments to erect a crane tower, a crane tower lifting unit mounted on the crane base, and a slewable jib unit. The tower crane is configured to, with the slewable jib unit connected to an upper tower segment, erect the crane tower by stacking tower segments onto one another from below to lengthen the crane tower under the slewable jib unit. The crane tower includes an upper section to be composed of a series of multiple upper tower segments and a lower section to be composed of a series of multiple lower tower segments. Each upper tower segment is embodied as a tubular girder type tower segment. Each lower tower segment is embodied as a latticed structure type tower segment. The tower crane further includes an upper stabilizer device and a lower stabilizer device, each configured to horizontally connect the upper section of the crane tower to an external tall structure, e.g. a wind turbine mast.
CLIMBING DEVICE FOR A TOWER CRANE
The present invention relates to a climbing device for a revolving tower crane having a climbing frame movable along, the crane tower for climbing in and/or climbing down tower sections, wherein a guide is provided for the longitudinally movable support of the climbing frame with respect to the crane tower. In accordance with the invention, the guide has resiliently flexibly supported and/or resiliently flexible transverse support elements transversely to the travel direction of the climbing frame.
