Method for Onshore or Offshore Erecting an Upstanding Construction
Methods for onshore or offshore erecting an upstanding construction comprising longitudinal construction parts, comprising the steps of providing the longitudinal construction parts, transporting the longitudinal construction parts on a vehicle to an erection site, providing a crane for hoisting the longitudinal construction parts, using the crane for placing the respective longitudinal construction parts on top of each other on a construction base at the erection site, providing the construction base and/or the longitudinal construction parts with a support and guide facility for the crane, arranging that the crane is mountable on the support and guide facility, and mounting the crane on the support and guide facility of at least one of the construction base and the longitudinal construction parts that is placed on the construction base, so as to arrange that the crane is movable up and down along the support and guide facility of the construction.
METHOD FOR ERECTING AND/OR DISMANTLING A TOWER, IN PARTICULAR A TOWER OF A WIND POWER INSTALLATION
A method for erecting and/or dismantling a tower, in particular a tower of a wind power installation, comprises providing a climbing crane, erecting the tower by hoisting and fastening tower segments and/or dismantling the tower by detaching and lowering tower segments, implementing, preferably temporary, securing measures for securing the tower in the state of assembly, in particular in the case of expected wind loads on the tower, which comprises taking into consideration the climbing crane, in particular its weight, in implementing the securing measures.
CRANE ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS FOR ERECTING TOWERS AND WIND TURBINES
A crane assembly for erecting a tower from a plurality of tower sections includes a first telescopic mast connected to a second telescopic mast. A crane is mounted on top of the first telescopic mast. The first telescopic mast is configured to increase in length from a retracted state in a first direction and includes a first clamp assembly that selectively grips portions of the tower. The second telescopic mast is configured to increase in length from a retracted state in a second direction opposite to the first direction and includes a second clamp assembly that selectively grips portions of the tower.

HOISTING SYSTEM FOR INSTALLING A WIND TURBINE
A hoisting system for the installation of a wind turbine wherein said hoisting system comprises measures to achieve a load bearing connection to the tower of the wind turbine and comprises measures to move the hoisting system up and down along the tower wherein the hoisting system, when it is fixed to an already installed part of the wind turbine tower with said load bearing connection, is arranged to install or remove any of a tower segment, a nacelle, a generator, a hub, and a blade in one or more combined hoists or in a single hoist.

MODULAR, ADAPTABLE AND FOLDABLE APPARATUS FOR A CLIMBING CRANE
Crane-support apparatus for mounting a tower crane onto a side of a high-rise building under construction, enabling ascending of the tower crane according to the upwards progression of the building construction, including a chassis configured to support a climbing frame of the tower crane mast, and at least one reinforcement element. A distal end of the chassis is hingedly attached to the distal end of the reinforcement element. In a deployed, support mode, the chassis is aligned in a horizontal position, and the reinforcement element is aligned in a slanted position. In a folded, mobilization mode, the chassis and the reinforcement element are configured to be pulled by at least one lifting cable at the distal end of the chassis and the reinforcement element with the chassis and the reinforcement element hingedly folded and aligned in vertical positions. A method for using the apparatus in both modes is also provided.

TOWER CLIMBING MECHANISM
The present invention relates to a climbing mechanism used by mounting a crane on it. The climbing mechanism can climb along the tower on the outer surface of the tower. It reduces the installation cost, as there is no need to use the largest cranes used for tower installation. It provides for the installation of towers higher than the height that the largest cranes can reach.
