STABILIZERS FOR SELF-PROPELLED WORKING MACHINES
The stabilizing system for a self-propelled working machine (1) such as a telescopic handler or the like, comprising a plurality of stabilizer arms (2) able to be placed on the ground so as to enable stabilization of the machine (1).
The system (1) further comprises: one or more measuring devices (6) able to detect a pressure to which the arms (2) are subjected and to produce pressure signals according to the detected pressure; and at least one processing unit connected to the measuring devices (6) and comprising a position module configured to determine, based on the pressure signals, whether the arms (2) are placed on the ground.
Outrigger control device
An outrigger control device (A1) includes: a plurality of outriggers (30) that is provided in a traveling body (10) and extendable/contractible between a non-grounding state where the traveling body is not supported and a grounding state where the traveling body is supported; an inclination sensor (310) that is provided in the traveling body and can detect inclination of the traveling body; and a controller (100) that controls an extension/contraction action of each outrigger and acquires a detection signal of the inclination sensor (310). Further, the controller is provided with a grounding determination processing unit (101) that controls the outriggers to perform a predetermined grounding determination action and determines whether or not each outrigger is in the grounding state on the basis of the detected value of the inclination sensor at the time.
Outrigger control device
An outrigger control device (A1) includes: a plurality of outriggers (30) that is provided in a traveling body (10) and extendable/contractible between a non-grounding state where the traveling body is not supported and a grounding state where the traveling body is supported; an inclination sensor (310) that is provided in the traveling body and can detect inclination of the traveling body; and a controller (100) that controls an extension/contraction action of each outrigger and acquires a detection signal of the inclination sensor (310). Further, the controller is provided with a grounding determination processing unit (101) that controls the outriggers to perform a predetermined grounding determination action and determines whether or not each outrigger is in the grounding state on the basis of the detected value of the inclination sensor at the time.
MOBILE CRANE OUTRIGGER COMPRISING A FIXING DEVICE
A mobile crane supporting device includes a first support segment, a second support segment and a fixing device for preventing a movement of the second support segment in the direction of movement and in any relative position between the first support segment and second support segment, wherein the fixing device includes a clamping body which is held in abutment with a ramp, which is formed between the first support segment and second support segment, by a holding device and mounted relative to the first support segment and second support segment in such a way that a travelling movement of the second support segment in a direction pointing away from the support foot causes an increase in the force applied to the ramp by the clamping body and thus fixes the second support segment relative to the first support segment. A mobile crane also includes such a supporting device.
MOBILE CRANE OUTRIGGER COMPRISING A FIXING DEVICE
A mobile crane supporting device includes a first support segment, a second support segment and a fixing device for preventing a movement of the second support segment in the direction of movement and in any relative position between the first support segment and second support segment, wherein the fixing device includes a clamping body which is held in abutment with a ramp, which is formed between the first support segment and second support segment, by a holding device and mounted relative to the first support segment and second support segment in such a way that a travelling movement of the second support segment in a direction pointing away from the support foot causes an increase in the force applied to the ramp by the clamping body and thus fixes the second support segment relative to the first support segment. Either the outer sleeve or the inner member is coupled to a linearly extending component, and the other part is coupled to a component from which a distance is being measured.
