Winch
A winch includes a coupling A, a coupling B, a rectangular spring, a gear wheel, a gear rack, a friction ring, and a transmission shaft, etc. By increasing the distance between the adjacent internal teeth of the two-stage planet carrier, it ensures that the three-stage sun gear can be smoothly inserted into the two-stage planet carrier even if the elasticity of spring A is reduced, such that the engagement width between the three-stage sun gear and the two-stage planet carrier can reach the normal requirements. With the design of sliding gear ring and spring C, it can greatly reduce the phenomenon of mis-engagement when the external teeth of the three-stage sun gear enter the internal teeth spacing of the two-stage planet carrier, protect the teeth integrity of the three-stage sun gear and the two-stage planet carrier.
Winch Control System
A winch control system is disclosed. The winch control system may be used to control or operate a winch on a vehicle in a selected mode, such as a plow mode. The winch control system may include or receive input from selected sensors relative to the vehicle to assist in control and operation of the winch.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AND IN PARTICULAR MONITORING AN ACTUATOR, IN PARTICULAR OF A WINCH, A HOIST OR A CRANE, AND SYSTEM FOR CARRYING OUT SUCH A METHOD
A method and system for controlling an actuator, in particular an actuator of a winch, a hoist or a crane, wherein the actuator is controlled using a fail-safe control unit. In order to improve a corresponding method, according to the invention, set point values are calculated in the fail-safe control unit, on the basis of which values the actuator is controlled.
ONLINE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR CRACK ON HOIST SPINDLE AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are an online monitoring system for a crack on a hoist spindle and an operation method thereof. The system comprises: a rope power part, a crack detection part, a wireless transmission part, and a computer. The rope power part comprises two traction ropes, two guide wheels, two stepper motors, and two stepper motor drivers. The crack detection part comprises a spiral tube guide rail, a sliding body, and an ultrasonic generator. The wireless transmission part comprises three zigbee wireless sensing modules. The zigbee wireless sensing modules receive instructions from the computer and transmit the instructions to the stepper motor drivers to control the motors to rotate. The stepper motors drive the guide wheels to rotate to realize the winding of the ropes, so as to pull the sliding body to slide on the spiral tube guide rail. The ultrasonic generator clamped on the sliding body monitors the rotating spindle along the spiral tube guide rail. The zigbee wireless sensing modules transmit the detected data to the computer in real time. The present invention can effectively monitor a hoist spindle in time before a failure occurs, thereby avoiding safety accidents.
System for performing physical exercises at a constant speed of a movement
The present invention applies to the field of exercise devices and bodybuilding and muscle building devices. This invention describes a system applied in exercise devices, preferably for the performance of the activity of bodybuilding, without the use of a counterweight, in which the system is based on the speed of the movement, independent of the applied force.
Methods and systems for raising and lowering a payload
Described herein are methods and systems for picking up, transporting, and lowering a payload coupled to a tether of a winch system arranged on an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). For example, the winch system may include a motor for winding and unwinding the tether from a spool, and the UAV's control system may operate the motor to lower the tether toward the ground so a payload may be attached to the tether. The control system may monitor an electric current supplied to the motor to determine whether the payload has been attached to the tether. In another example, when lowering a payload, the control system may monitor the motor current to determine that the payload has reached the ground and responsively operate the motor to detach the payload from the tether. The control system may then monitor the motor current to determine whether the payload has detached from the tether.
Electric winch control module with magnetic flux shield
An electric winch control module of this disclosure provides improved means for detecting changes in a current carried by an electric winch motor power lead. The module's housing includes a magnetic flux shield contained within an exposed channel of the housing and located at or toward a vertical centerline of the channel and opposite a magnetic flux sensor of the control module. The magnetic flux shield is made of a ferromagnetic material and includes a bottom wall spanning the width of the open bottom of the channel, an open top arranged opposite the top wall of the channel, and opposing sidewalls opposite a respective sidewall of the channel. The shield surrounds the side and lower portions of the lead below the sensor when in the channel, shielding the wire and sensor from outside interference while at the same time exposing an upper portion of the lead to the sensor.
Moving drum winch
A winch assembly including a mount attachable to a vehicle, and a guide attached to the mount; including a winch having a drum for winding and unwinding a line, and a motor for driving the drum about a winding axis, wherein the drum has a helical groove for receiving the line as it is wound. A frame connects to the first and second end of the drum and is adapted to move relative to the guide so as to synchronize movement of the drum along the winding axis so that the line is aligned with the helical groove during winding and unwinding. A rod is attached to the frame and generally parallel to the winding axis, and passes through a hole in the guide, allowing the movement of the drum along the winding axis but preventing the frame from rotating about the winding axis is disclosed.
Fifth wheel hitch lifting apparatus
An apparatus for lowering a hitch onto a truck bed and raising the hitch off of a truck bed is disclosed. The apparatus includes: an upper carriage, a lower carriage, and a kingpin. The upper carriage is suspended from multiple lines, which lines are configured to lower and raise the upper carriage. The lower carriage is attachable to the upper carriage at various positions relative to the upper carriage to allow the load on the lines to be balanced in one direction. The kingpin is attached to the lower carriage, and kingpin is configured to be captured by the hitch. Allowing the hitch to be lowered onto the truck bed and raised off of the truck bed as the upper carriage and the lower carriage are lowered and raised by the lines. Another embodiment of the apparatus includes lifting devices attached to the lines for raising and lowering the hitch.
Winch motor protection circuit
A protection circuit for protecting a load, such as a winch motor, from an overcurrent as well as from a circuit fault including welded primary switch contacts and a failure of its MOS/FET component. A power MOS/FET is used as a current mirror for sensing load current. A secondary switch is series connected to control the primary switch. A control circuit including a programmable data processor controls the MOS/FET and the secondary switch and senses the current through the MOS/FET's secondary source terminal and senses the voltage at its primary source terminal. The programmable data processor determines whether an overcurrent exists by comparing the sensed power circuit current to a stored overcurrent value and also senses whether the contacts of the primary switch are welded closed and whether the MOS/FET has been damaged. Additional conditions are sensed. Application of power to the load is prevented when such conditions are detected.
