A pivot frame assembly pivotably mountable in a fork-carriage apparatus includes: (a) a lower cross member; (b) an upper cross member; (c) a pair of laterally spaced apart first and second side members connecting the upper and lower cross members; (d) a fork assembly mounting shaft supported by the first and second side members; and (e) a reinforced central support member laterally intermediate the first and second side members and connecting the upper and lower cross members.

Adjustable robotic end of arm tool for multiple object handling

Systems and methods to manipulate objects may include an adjustable robotic end of arm tool including a pair of static forks or arms and a pair of movable forks or arms. The static forks may be configured to lift objects, such as pallets, totes, or bins. The movable forks may be configured to move between a plurality of positions, including a storage position and a lifting position. When in the lifting position, the movable forks may also be configured to lift objects, such as pallets, totes, or bins, such that the adjustable robotic end of arm tool may simultaneously or concurrently lift and manipulate multiple objects using the static forks and the movable forks, thereby improving speed and efficiency of operations or processes utilizing the adjustable robotic end of arm tool.

INDUSTRIAL TRUCK COMPRISING A DEVICE FOR REDUCING VIBRATIONS

The invention relates to an industrial truck comprising a mast, a load-carrying apparatus, which can be moved upwards and downwards thereon and which has at least one load-receiving assembly for receiving a load that is to be transported, and a support structure connecting the load-receiving assembly to the mast, the load-receiving assembly having a load-carrying arrangement connected to the support structure, and a device for reducing vibrations, characterised in that the device for reducing vibrations has at least one load support, which covers the load-carrying arrangement at the top at least in regions, on which support a load received by the load-carrying apparatus can be supported and which support is provided so as to be movable to a limited extent on the load-carrying arrangement such that it can perform vibration-reducing movements relative to the load-carrying arrangement.

Robot to pick up and transport objects and method using such a robot

A robot is adapted to pick up and transport objects and comprises a base plate, a drive unit, a pick up unit and a shelf unit, wherein the drive unit, the pick up unit and the shelf unit are positioned on the base plate. In addition, a method of transporting at least one object, comprising: providing the robot, the robot going to a first storing location where a first object is stored, the robot picking up the first object, and the robot transporting the first object to a first destiny location.

A telescopic drive contains a base having a securely attached toothed rack running in a first horizontal direction. At least one first carriage is arranged on the base, which is supported on the base such that it moves in the first horizontal direction by a linear guide, and which has a toothed belt drive formed by at least one electric motor and a revolving toothed belt. The toothed belt is driven by the electric motor, is tensioned in the first horizontal direction and is positioned on the toothed rack of the base. By integrating the telescopic drive into an electric-motor-driven cabin inside a three-dimensional shelving matrix of an equipment stand, both a compact construction and movements of a stored item are permitted, with the movements reaching up to or preferably also beyond the extension of an individual storage shelf.
