Pantograph assembly for lift truck
A pantograph assembly may include a mast carriage assembly comprising a trunnion cross-member and a trunnion shaft coupled to the trunnion cross-member, and a pantograph mechanism coupled to the trunnion shaft.
HAY STACKING APPARATUS
An apparatus for stacking hay bales comprises a base frame securable to a motorized vehicle, a plurality of tines pivotally connected to the base frame extending to free distal ends, the tines defining locations therebetween spaced to correspond to a bale of hay and a push bar extending parallel to the base frame and movable between a retracted position proximate to the base frame to an extended position along the plurality of tines to push the hay bales from therebetween. In operation, the apparatus is used by passing at least two of a plurality of tines to each side of a hay bale, lifting the hay bale by a platform extending from a base of the plurality of tines and pushing the hay bales off the tines with the push bar.
Industrial vehicle
A forklift includes a fuel cell system. The fuel cell system includes a battery stack and a capacitor and is electrically connected to a vehicle system. The vehicle system includes a control valve that switches supply of hydraulic oil to a power steering cylinder and a cargo-handling cylinder, a cargo-handling pump that supplies hydraulic oil stored in a hydraulic oil tank to the control valve, a cargo-handling motor that drives the cargo-handling pump, and an on-load valve that returns the hydraulic oil from the control valve to the hydraulic oil tank. The fuel cell system operates the fuel cell system to execute a warm-up control. A vehicle ECU continues supplying power from the fuel cell stack to the cargo-handling motor during the execution of the warm-up control.
Wireless power transfer and communications for industrial equipment
Methods and systems for wirelessly transmitting power and/or data.
Adjustable Height Mobile Carrier
A lift releasably coupled to a carrier and methods of making the lift or the carrier and methods of using embodiments of the lift which lift disposed in a retracted condition releasably couples to the carrier engaged to a support surface with the rotatable members of the one or more lifts disengaged from the support surface, and using embodiments of the lift which in an extended condition engages the rotatable members with the support surface to lift the carrier and allow translation of the carrier over the support surface.
Systems and Methods for a Mobile Carousel With Power and Communications Contacts
The present disclosure provides a material sorting system adapted to engage a material handling vehicle. The material sorting system can include a base including fork pockets adapted to receive a pair of forks from the material handling vehicle and a carousel assembly coupled to the base. The carousel assembly can include a plurality of storage units, and an actuation mechanism configured to move the plurality of storage units relative to the base. The base can also include at least one electrical contact within the base and in electrical communication with the carousel assembly.
Systems and Methods for a Clamp With Power and Communications Contacts
A material handling vehicle may include a clamp assembly, the clamp assembly including a housing, a grip assembly, and a power source. The grip assembly may be pivotally engaged with the housing. The power source may be in electrical communication with the grip assembly. The grip assembly includes a lobe pivotally engaged with the housing and a contact supported by the lobe, the contact being electrically conductive.
FULL FREE TRIPLEX FORKLIFT MAST WITH MAXIMIZED OPERATOR VIEW
Disclosed is a full free-lift triplex forklift mast assembly with increased operator forward view, including an outer mast, a middle mast, an inner mast and a carriage. The carriage includes a pair of lift cylinders, located rearwardly of the outer mast and mounted on top of lower cross-tie, which upon commands from the operator extend or retract, thus move the middle mast accordingly in vertical direction without the lift cylinders obstructing the space between the inner mast profiles. Mechanisms are also provided such that the inner mast, the carriage and free-lift chain pulleys can be moved in a vertical direction while providing maximized forward visibility through the mast assembly.
Lifting device for an industrial truck as well as an industrial truck of this type
A lifting device for an industrial truck comprises a lift frame with a moveably guided load carrier and at least one moveably guided mast stage. A free lift cylinder is configured to actuate the load carrier and at least one mast lift cylinder is configured to actuate the at least one mast stage. A hydraulic assembly supplies the free lift cylinder and the at least one mast lift cylinder with hydraulic fluid and further comprises at least one delivery valve and at least one recirculating valve.
Pneumatic cylinder actuated pallet jack assembly
A pneumatic cylinder actuated pallet jack assembly for mechanically lifting and lower a pallet includes a pallet jack, a plurality of pneumatic cylinders, and a compressor. The forks of the pallet jack are slidably coupled to a frame of the pallet jack. Each of a pair of rear rollers that is coupled to a respective fork distal from the frame and a roller module that is slidably coupled to the frame are selectively vertically positionable. A tow bar is pivotally coupled to the frame proximate to the roller module. Pneumatic cylinders are operationally coupled singly to each of the forks, the pair of rear rollers, and to the roller module, and the compressor. The compressor is positioned to selectively actuate respective pneumatic cylinders to size a gap between the forks and to raise the forks and the frame to lift a load that is positioned on the pallet.
