The storage shelf is mounted to the mobile chassis and comprises a plurality of layered plate components distributed at different heights. The handling robot further comprises a handling device configured to transport a material to a layered plate of the plurality of layered plate components, and a lift component configured to drive the handling device to lift relative to the storage shelf.

A materials handling vehicle operating system is provided comprising a tag layout where a plurality of entry/exit tag sets are arranged along a travel path at different ones of the entry/exit thresholds of a restricted navigation zone. Each entry/exit tag set comprises a release tag, a restriction tag, and an indicator tag. The indicator tag is positioned between the restriction tag and the restricted navigation zone. The restriction tag is positioned between the release tag and the indicator tag. The tag reader and the reader module cooperate to compare identified tag data with stored tag data and initiate a remediation operation when an indicator tag is identified in place of a restriction tag. Tag layouts for one-way and two-way travel into and out of a restricted navigation zone are also contemplated.

Automatic guided vehicle
In embodiments, an automatic guided vehicle includes a vehicle, a lift unit, a bumper, an extension detector, and a bumper controller. The vehicle is movable in at least a first direction. The lift unit is provided in the vehicle and lifts an object from below the object. The bumper is provided in the vehicle and is extendable and contractible in the first direction. The extension detector detects that the bumper has extended outward from the object in the first direction. The bumper controller controls a state of the bumper according to a conveyance state of the object by the vehicle.

The present disclosure provides a lift truck weighing system that includes a plurality of sensors configured to measure forces acting on a lift truck. In particular, the sensors are secured at one or more interfaces between a plurality of axles and a chassis of the lift truck. In some examples, the sensors are secured to and/or incorporated with a plurality of axles configured to support the lift truck wheels, such as to or within the axles.

The present disclosure provides a lift truck weighing system that includes a plurality of sensors configured to measure forces acting on a lift truck. The disclosure relates to an insulation resistance detection device and a forklift truck. The insulation resistance detection device includes a detection module, a voltage conditioning module, and a control module. The device uses a first voltage dividing unit and a second voltage dividing unit to replace the inverting amplifier circuit, to obtain a positive voltage corresponding to the voltage of the negative electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground, thereby reducing costs of the insulation resistance detection device. The control module calculates the first insulation resistance of the positive electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground and the second insulation resistance of the negative electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground according to the first voltage and the third voltage.

The client device includes a photographing controller configured to control a photographing unit provided in the moving body to continuously perform photographing and a first transmitter configured to transmit information on a marker photographed in a photographed image to the server device when a size of a marker photographed in the photographed image photographed by the photographing unit is determined to have varied to cross a predetermined threshold value. The server device includes a first storage controller configured to control a storage unit to store the information on the marker transmitted by the first transmitter.

According to one embodiment, a wall detection device includes an acquirer and processing circuitry. The acquirer acquires a point cloud, which includes a series of coordinates of a plurality of points corresponding to a first wall and a second wall that oppose each other. The processing circuitry detects a first detected wall and a second detected wall based on a model and the acquired point cloud, the model representing a first plane which corresponds to the first detected wall and indicates a surface of the first wall and a second plane which corresponds to the second detected wall and indicates a surface of the second wall, and the model representing the first plane and the second plane being parallel to each other.

The present invention discloses a lifting mechanism mounted on a lifting device, wherein the lifting device includes a carrying unit. The lifting mechanism is disposed under the carrying unit, and comprises a driving assembly and a lifting assembly. The driving assembly includes an axle fixing part, a drive wheel and a power source, and the lifting assembly includes a screw nut and a screw rod. An upper end of the screw rod is fixedly connected to the carrying unit. When the lifting mechanism is traveling, each drive wheel is in contact with a base surface and moves the lifting device on the base surface; and when lifting, each drive wheel rotates on the base surface to drive the screw nut to rotate about a vertical axis relative to the carrying unit, to drive the screw rod to lift the carrying unit along the vertical direction.
