Device for holding a container and container treatment device
A device for holding a container in a container treatment device, for example for holding a beverage container in a neck portion or in a trunk portion, includes two gripping arms which are pivotable relative to one another in a pivoting plane and which in each case have a holding portion for holding the container to be held, and a lifting rod which is coupled to the gripping arms such that the holding portions are pivotable relative to one another by a displacement of the lifting rod perpendicular to the pivoting plane of the gripping arms. A container treatment device, provided with such a device, is also described.
Unit for carrying out an operation on a container fillable with a pourable product
A unit for carrying out an operation on a container fillable with a pourable product is disclosed. The unit comprises: a first area; a second area; at least one operative head, which is adapted to carry out the operation; at least one gripping device for gripping the container and which is movable between a rest position, in which the at least one gripping device receives or discharges the container; and an operative position, in which the at least one gripping device sets the container in a position in which the container undergoes the operation. The unit further comprises: a movable element, which is operatively connected to the at least one gripping device for moving the at least one gripping device between the rest position and the operative position, and which comprises a portion movable between the first area and the second area; and a bellow.
Clamping device for holding a container
A clamping device for holding a container in a container treatment device, for example for holding a beverage container at a neck portion, comprising two clamping arms with a holding portion for holding the container to be held, and a control cam which is pivotable about a control cam pivot axis, wherein the clamping arms and the control cam are coupled via a coupling mechanism so that a pivoting of the control cam about its control cam pivot axis causes a pivoting of the clamping arms relative to one another, and the coupling mechanism comprises at least one pair of a slotted groove and a control bolt guided in the slotted groove for transmitting movements of the control cam to the clamping arms.
MACHINE AND A METHOD FOR FILLING CONTAINERS
A method for handling a container having a longitudinal axis, the method comprising: moving at least one handling unit along a path; feeding the container to the at least one handling unit to be retained and advanced along the path; filling the container with a pourable product by activating a filling device of the at least one handling unit; pressurizing the container via a pressurization circuit of the filling device as the container is advanced along the path; and applying a label to an outer surface of the container after pressurizing the container but before filling the container with the pourable product.
FILLING SYSTEM FOR FILLING BOTTLES OR SIMILAR CONTAINERS
A filling system includes filling elements, each of which has a channel formed in its housing. During filling, filling material, under a liquid valve's control, passes through the channel and exits through an opening and into a container held on a vertically displaceable container carrier. During pressure filling, the container carrier seals the container against the filling element. During cleaning and sterilization, rinsing caps seal each opening. Each filling element is associated with an extension that seals the outlet. Each extension has a filling-material through-passage that, when the extension is sealed against said outlet, extends the filling-material channel.
DEVICE FOR MANUALLY POURING FOAMING AND CARBONATED BEVERAGES
The invention relates to the food industry, and specifically to commercial equipment, and can be used for dispensing beer and other foaming and carbonated beverages from an isobaric container. The device includes a drainage channel which is connected by means of a three-way flow switch to tubes for feeding gas and beverage, a unit for securing the neck of a plastic bottle to the open end of the drainage channel and a control valve which is connected to the drainage channel.
Container-processing machine for processing containers
A container-processing machine includes a transfer star having container-engagement elements disposed along a periphery thereof. The transfer star moves containers past first or second sets of processing stations that are disposed along corresponding diametrically opposed arcuate processing paths.
Installation for transporting containers
An installation for transporting containers having necks, the installation comprising an intermediate rotary platform provided in its periphery with slots each having a jaw mounted in the vicinity thereof in order to pivot between a closed position and an open position. Each jaw is provided with blocking means for blocking it in each of its positions, and includes a first contact surface projecting into the slot when the jaw is in the open position in such a manner that when the neck is inserted into the slot it pushes against the first contact surface and brings the jaw into the closed position, and a second contact surface facing the slot when the jaw is in the closed position in such a manner that when the neck is discharged from the slot it pushes against the second contact surface and brings the jaw into the open position.
BEVERAGE FILLING METHOD AND APPARATUS
Only a bottle properly preliminarily heated is sterilized by hydrogen peroxide. Temperature inspection to the bottle is performed while travelling the bottle. During the inspection, a bottle of which temperature does not reach a predetermined temperature is removed and a bottle of which temperature reaches the predetermined temperature is continuously travelled, hydrogen peroxide condensed mist is blown toward a mouth portion 1a of the bottle by a spray tube 59 disposed at a predetermined position, and hot air is blown into the bottle from the nozzle while the nozzle 64 following the mouth portion of the bottle. According to such operation, only the bottle properly heated can be sterilized by the hydrogen peroxide, Thereafter, beverage fills the bottle, which is then sealed.
