A valve for use in filling containers includes a valve flange, nozzle assembly and valve sleeve. The valve flange defines a first through passage. The nozzle assembly includes a liquid fill outlet and air vent outlet below the valve flange. The valve sleeve defines a second through passage and is movable between a lowered valve closed position and a raised valve open position. The valve sleeve including a first portion positioned for sliding movement within the first through passage and a second portion positioned below the valve flange and configured for sealingly closing both the liquid fill outlet and the air vent outlet when the valve sleeve is in the lowered valve closed position. The valve sleeve has a weight sufficient to cause the valve sleeve to move downward from the raised valve open position to the lowered valve closed position.

Water valve and drinking device

A water valve and a drinking device are provided. The water valve includes an upper support, a lower support, a valve spool, a sealing member, a spring and a water outlet. The upper support is provided with a water inlet. The lower support is provided with a water outlet and a vent hole. The valve spool has a first end connected with the upper support and a second end fixedly connected with the lower support, and the valve spool is movable relative to the upper support, to switch on or off a communication between the water inlet and the water outlet. When the water valve is at a state of discharging water, an interior of the water outlet pipe is not communicated with atmosphere; when the water valve is at a state of not discharging water, the vent hole communicates the interior of the water outlet pipe with the atmosphere.

A filling-element assembly for both pressurized and open-jet filling of containers includes a filling element having a filling-element housing, a liquid valve, a return-gas channel, and a seal. The housing has a fixed first segment, a vertically movable second segment, and an extendable segment between them to surrounds the valve housing in a fluid-tight manner. A return-gas channel extends along the filling-element axis between the valve housing and the filling-element housing. In a raised position of the second segment, the seal contacts the valve housing along a circumferential contact area and seals the filling-element discharge opening thereby forming a fluid-tight closure for the return-gas channel.
