AUTOMATIC DEVICE FOR POURING PRESSURIZED FOAMED AND CARBONATED BEVERAGES INTO CONTAINERS
20190106310 · 2019-04-11 ·

The invention relates to devices for automatically pouring foamed and carbonated beverages from isobaric containers into plastic bottles. The technical result is an automatic device with a simplified design, which is easier to maintain as a result of the valves of a flow switcher being provided with a single common stepped electromechanical cam drive. The present automatic device comprises a filling channel, channels, valves with pipes for supplying a gas and a beverage, a channel for removing gas from a container, said channel being connected via an adjustable throttle valve to a drainage channel, an assembly for clamping the neck of a plastic container to the outlet opening of the filling channel and to the inlet opening of the gas removal channel, and a control unit, which is connected to a drive of the clamping assembly and to a drive of valves in order to open and close same according to a set programme. The drive of valves comprises a disc which is mounted such as to be capable of discrete angular displacement and has a profiled cammed surface in the form of an annular track which contacts with rods corresponding to the valves and provides, in one complete revolution of the disc, for the opening and closing of said valves according, to a set programme in order to pour a beverage into a container.

NOZZLE FOR A STATIC MICRODOSER AND SYSTEM COMPRISING A MICRODOSER WITH SUCH NOZZLE FOR INTRODUCING AN ADDITIVE INTO A CONTAINER
20240228253 · 2024-07-11 ·

The invention relates to a nozzle for a microdoser, the nozzle (1) comprising one orifice (4) or a plurality of orifices (4), the nozzle having a total orifice opening area of at least 10 mm.sup.2. Each orifice (4) is configured so that no circle larger than 1.6 mm in diameter can be inscribed within the opening of said orifice. The nozzle has an opening configuration that allows injection of a large quantity of additive at a low outlet speed, which limits splashing, and that allows the additive to be held by capillarity in the nozzle when the injection stops. The invention also relates to a system for introducing an additive into a container comprising a static microdoser having such nozzle (1) from which at least one jet of an additive issues upon passage of an opening of the container in proximity to the nozzle to introduce the additive into said container.

A fluid dispensing assembly, including a valve, a housing, a user interface, and a fitting to couple to a fluid source. The valve may include a first sensor detecting proper placement of the fluid container based on a magnetic material positioned at the bottom of the fluid container, a plunger having a plunger shaft coupled thereto, the plunger selectively placing the valve in fluid communication with the fluid container, and a solenoid coupled to the plunger shaft and moving the plunger shaft to transition the plunger between an open position and a closed position. The user interface may be coupled to the valve to enable selection of at least a fluid container size and a dispensing mode.

Method and filling system for filling containers

An apparatus for processing a container that contains liquid filling-material includes a source of inert gas at a treatment pressure that is higher than a fill pressure that is used to fill said container, and filling elements. A typical filling element includes a housing, and a first controlled gas path that selectively connects the source to the container.

CONTENT FILLING SYSTEM AND CONTENT FILLING METHOD

A content filling system includes a filling device which fills content L in a container which includes a mouth and a container main body. A bubble detecting device is arranged on a downstream side of the filling device, and automatically detects whether or not there are bubbles produced in the content L filled in the container and discharged from the mouth of the container. A determining unit specifies the container which has discharged the bubbles.

An arrangement for brewing and dispensing fermented drinks, primarily beers, by portions using concentrates in a personalized, tailor-made manner that is fit for self-service. The arrangement is fitted with a primary alcohol unit and a secondary alcohol unit, which are suitable for adjusting the alcohol content for each portion and contain an alcohol and water mixture of a fermented liquid, and the controlling part is connected to at least one alcohol adjusting part that is suitable for setting the alcohol content of each portion of beverage. A fermented base concentrate and alcohol originating from the fermented beverage, left in and/or extracted from the base concentrate, is used as raw material, and the alcohol content of the beverage is adjusted by adding further alcohol, and the flavour of each portion of beverage is adjusted as desired.

Filling valve for liquids

A filling valve for liquids, includes a liquid feed into a valve chamber, a valve seat, a closure element, which interacts with the valve seat and moves between an open position and a closed position, an outlet for the liquid, and a cylindrical discharge element arranged at the outlet with a plurality of passages. The surface of the discharge element facing the closure element forms a part of the valve seat. To avoid clogging of the passages in the discharge element by fibers in the liquid, the passages ending at the surface of the discharge element are extended from the surface toward the closure element by tubes. Each tube can be closed by a cap which surrounds the tube at least in the closed position forming an annular space.
