DRINK-DISPENSING DEVICE, CONTROL SYSTEM, AND DRINK-DISPENSING METHOD
A liquid-dispensing device includes: a table, including a body and a plate, the body including three casks containing a liquid, each cask including a shell in which a pouch, made of a flexible material and containing the liquid, is positioned; three draft circuits, extending from each cask to three dispensing taps; a system for cooling the draft circuit; three pressurized draft systems for drawing the liquid from each cask, the draft system including a solenoid valve in each draft circuit, between the cask and the tap; a system for managing the device, the managing system being provided to control dispensing by opening or closing the solenoid valve; and wheels enabling movement of the device. The plate includes: three liquid-dispensing taps; and a unit for interacting with the management system, which is suitable for interfacing with the liquid-dispensing control. The managing system is connected to a database via a connector.
Pressure sensing valve
A water valve having a housing defining an inlet and an outlet and a flow path extending therethrough, a pressure sensor configured to sense a water pressure at the inlet, a valve member situated within the flow path to open and close the flow path, a solenoid actuator, and a controller coupled to the pressure sensor to read the water pressure at the inlet and coupled to the solenoid to open and close the valve is provided. The controller determines an amount of time to hold the valve open in order to dispense an amount of water based on the water pressure. The controller commands the solenoid to open and close the valve to dispense the amount of water regardless of the water pressure. The controller is also configured to open the valve to reduce inlet pressure and prevent failure thereof.
Systems and methods for refilling, storing, preserving, managing, and selectively dispensing beverages
A system comprising, a pressurized container including hollow portion and outer portion, pressurized container maintains pressure level in the hollow portion, transport system including two conduits, one transport being coupled to an interface and a valve port, the interface coupled to the hollow portion, the interface maintains pressure level in the hollow portion, one valve port allows flow of liquid volume through one conduit to a dispensing interface via another valve port, an external container is airtight and operable to dispense another liquid volume stored within, another conduit is coupled to the external container and further valve port to refill the liquid volume via the valve, pressure regulation system connected to pressurized container, pressure regulation system including a pressure conduit extending from outer portion through a pressure interface, pressure regulation system operable to compress liquid volume in the environment and a control system controls the valve and pressure regulation system.
Dispenser system and method of use
The invention provides a system for dispensing a beverage into a container comprising at least one dispenser unit. The dispenser unit comprises at least one fluid port and a moveable seal member which is configured to form a sealing barrier between at least a portion of the container and the dispenser head.
AUTOFILL PITCHER SYSTEM WITH ICE AND WATER FILL
An autofill pitcher system of a refrigerator appliance includes a pitcher and a dispenser. The pitcher defines an internal volume. A cavity of the dispenser is configured to receive the pitcher. The dispenser also includes a fill tube and a chute. Water is provided to the pitcher via the fill tube and ice pieces are provided to the pitcher via the chute. The refrigerator appliance may be operable for, and methods of operating the refrigerator appliance may include filling the pitcher with water via the fill tube, filling the pitcher with ice pieces via the chute, and stopping fill when a level of water and ice within the internal volume of the pitcher reaches a preset level.
FLUID-BASED GAME TIMER SYSTEM
A fluid-based game timer system for use with turn-based games. The fluid-based game timer system includes a reservoir for holding a volume of fluid (such as beer), a constant flow tank to regulate the flow of the fluid through the system and to keep the flow constant or near constant, and a control assembly to direct the flow of the fluid into a particular player's cup during his/her turn.
Methods and systems for secure, metered beverage dispensing
Methods and systems for accurately and securely dispensing high value beverages are presented herein. A beverage distribution system includes one or more replaceable beverage cartridges mounted to a beverage dispensing device. Each of the beverage cartridges includes a fluid reservoir with an output port, an output control valve, a flowmeter, and a local controller. The local controller receives signals from the flow meter and determines a cumulative amount of beverage fluid dispensed from the beverage cartridge based on the received signals. In one embodiment, the beverage dispensing device includes a fluid pump and a master controller. The master controller also estimates the cumulative amount of beverage fluid dispensed from each beverage cartridge based on control commands communicated to each beverage cartridge. If a difference between the estimated cumulative amounts of fluid dispensed from a beverage cartridge exceeds a predetermined threshold value, an alert is generated.
