A system and method for the automated dispensing of bulk keg wine is provide having, in combination: integrated temperature control; pressure monitoring; automated purging; and integrated point of sale data acquisition for determining inventory usage statistics for each keg of wine dispensed. The system provides for precise measurement of each portion. An error alarm system warns an operator about beverage tank low level. A system for forcing the flashing of poor quality beverage. Recording of all delivery process events allows for operator or management review and control.

A system for manually dispensing liquid from bulk container assembly into a smaller container using a manually operated pump assembly comprising a bulk container for maintaining liquid being pumped from a sealed bulk container, a metering pump assembly having a fluid interconnection with the bulk container, a rack and pinion gear drive assembly for moving an interconnected handle between operating positions for filling and emptying a metering chamber with the accurate amount of the predetermined desired volume of fluid to be pumped. A nozzle is provided for emptying the metering chamber to a second container having a size comparable to the amount of desired liquid being pumped. A method for dispensing liquid from a bulk container to a smaller container is also provided.

A flexible pouch and valve assembly is provided for aseptically storing a substance, dispensing multiple portions of the stored substance therefrom, and maintaining substance remaining in the pouch in an aseptic condition sealed with respect to ambient atmosphere. The embedded system may be configured for beverage dispensation as well as analytics, communications, payment processing, or a combination thereof related to beverage dispensation.

A spirit dispenser that includes a cabinet that includes a back panel facing an interior of the cabinet, and a plurality of shelves, each shelf being able to support thereon a plurality of spirit containers; at least one spirit dispenser system integrated with the cabinet; and a plurality of pumps residing on an interior surface of the pack panel of the cabinet, each pump being connected to a first tube that includes a tap connector configured for connection to a tap of a spirit container supportable on one of the shelves of the cabinet, and a second tube that is connected to the spirit dispenser.

A flavoring dispensing apparatus, system, and method configured for use with a plurality of pump equipped flavoring containers such as bottles, operable to automatically dispense relatively precise or metered amounts of flavoring, and more specifically concentrated flavoring, into a beverage container, mixing vessel, or other receiver. The containers are easily removed and replaced and flavoring levels can be automatically monitored for replacement with a fresh container.

A beverage dispenser is disclosed herein. The beverage dispenser may include a housing configured to house at least one beverage container therein. The beverage container may include an identification tag associated therewith. At least one identification tag reader may be disposed within the housing. The identification tag reader may be configured to detect the identification tag associated with the beverage container. The beverage dispenser also may include a user interface disposed about an exterior of the housing. The user interface may include at least one beverage identification area that corresponds to the beverage container. At least one controller may be in communication with the at least one identification tag reader and the user interface. The controller may be configured to update the beverage identification area based at least in part on the identification of the beverage container by the identification tag reader.
