A mobile refrigeration unit, including: a container for the storage of beverages; a temperature conditioning means for maintaining a pre-set ambient temperature inside the container, and taking the form of a split system comprising a compressor, a condenser a thermostat, and an evaporator blower. The mobile refrigeration unit also includes a secondary temperature control mechanism for controlling the temperature of products to be dispensed; a pressure system, for controlling the water level in the secondary temperature control mechanism, and a series of refrigeration coils through which products are pumped, and the temperature thereof measured by the thermostat. The combination of the temperature conditioning means and the secondary temperature control mechanism together defining a split cooling system.

DEVICES FOR PREVENTING THE FORMATION OF BIOLFILMS IN BOTTLED WATER DISPENSERS
A bottled water dispenser is disclosed that includes a water bottle, a cold tank, and an ozone generator, which is fluidly coupled to a Y-connector. The dispenser includes a first tube that is fluidly coupled to a first port of the Y-connector, with the first tube being configured to deliver ozone gas to the cold tank. The dispenser further includes a second tube that is fluidly coupled to a second port of the Y-connector, with the second tube being configured to deliver ozone gas to the water bottle. The ozone gas is effective to sterilize and prevent biofilm formation within the interior areas of the cold tank and water bottle. The dispensers further include an in-line flow restrictor positioned in-line with either the first tube or second tube, which helps balance the flow of ozone that is delivered to the cold tank and water bottle.
Enhanced heat transfer to water
A beverage dispensing apparatus which includes a tank, a liquid inlet and a fluid dispensing system which includes a dispensing fluid conduit having a helical portion at least substantially vertically oriented within the interior volume of the tank. The beverage dispensing apparatus also includes a fluid circulating system that includes at least one fluid circulation conduit having an inlet portion positioned proximate the bottom portion of the tank and at least one outlet. A fluid cycling device is also included in the beverage dispensing apparatus and is configured to move fluid from the bottom portion of the tank to the fluid circulation conduit. The at least one outlet is configured to produce a fluid flow tangential to the orientation of the dispensing fluid conduit configuration. Evaporator coils extend around a perimeter of the tank's exterior sidewall surface and are configured to chill the fluid within the tank.
