SYSTEM AND METHOD OF INTRODUCING ALCOHOL INTO A CONTINUOUS BEVERAGE STREAM
A method for determining required volumetric mass flow of alcoholic blended beverage ingredients for a continuous blend system using a computing device includes receiving a required syrup/water ratio, a selected target alcohol strength, an alcohol strength of an alcohol supply, a type of container, and a selected container filling rate; calculating a required volumetric mass flow of ingredients, a required alcohol volumetric mass flow of the alcohol supply, a required blended syrup and water volumetric mass flow of a proportioner, and a required syrup volumetric mass flow of a syrup supply to the proportioner for the production fill; calculating a volumetric mass flow of water in the required alcohol volumetric mass flow of the alcohol supply and a required water volumetric mass flow of a water supply to the proportioner for the production fill accounting for the calculated volumetric mass flow of; and, outputting instructions to the continuous blend system.
SCALABLE MODULAR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VALVE CONTROL AND SELECTIVELY DISPENSING BEVERAGES
An example method comprises receiving a control signal to open a first valve of a compressible liquid container within an airtight pressurized container, retrieving a first dispensing profile, each dispensing profile indicating at least one valve and, for each valve, a predetermined period of time for keeping a particular valve open, each of the valves controlling transport of contents a different compressible liquid container contained within the airtight pressurized container to a dispensing system, for each of the one or more valves identified in the first dispensing profile: opening the particular valve identified in the first dispensing profile for the particular predetermined period of time to transport contents over a first liquid transport conduit that is coupled to a particular releasable coupling and the particular valve, and closing the particular valve after the particular predetermined period of time to dispense an amount of contents of the particular compressible liquid container.
BEVERAGE MAKING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a beverage making machine comprising a first beverage making cartridge comprising at least one of a gas source portion, the gas source portion contains a solid gas source that through sublimation emits a gas, and a gas storage tank arranged to store the gas emitted from the solid gas source. The beverage making machine further comprising a second beverage making cartridge comprising at least one of a micro ingredient, a beverage diluent receptacle for receiving a beverage diluent liquid, a dissolver dissolves portion of the gas, from the gas storage tank, into the beverage diluent liquid, and a dispenser selectively dispenses a predefined ratio of at least one of the micro ingredient and the beverage diluent liquid, to form a beverage. Exemplary embodiments include a computer control arranged to receive a beverage selection from a consumer and control the beverage making machine to form beverages.
TOUCH SCREEN INTERFACE FOR A BEVERAGE DISPENSING MACHINE
A beverage dispensing system including a control unit and a touch screen. Inputs are made to the touch screen to dispense beverages and apply system adjustments. The control unit controls a plurality of beverage dispensing valves according to inputs made to the touch screen.

BEVERAGE DISPENSING
Among other things, beverages are dispensed from one or more beverage dispensers based on selections made by users. Information about the dispensing of the beverages is sent to a central server where it is used to manage a variety of functions including replacement of depleted supplies of components. Various features of the beverage dispensers enable the beverages that are dispensed to be uniform and appealing to users.
