FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM
A liquid dispenser comprise a nozzle comprising an inlet in fluid communication with an outlet to form a flow path, a thermistor in fluid communication with the inlet, an actuator rod comprising a gasket rod tip viton, at least one centering pin to center the actuator rod in at least a portion of the flow path, a flowmeter in fluid communication with the inlet, a double acting pneumatic cylinder comprising a first pneumatic inlet and a second pneumatic inlet operatively connected to the actuator rod, and a switch lever operatively coupled to a micro switch, wherein the nozzle opens when gas enters the first pneumatic inlet when the switch lever is activated by pressing on the micro switch and closes when gas enters the second pneumatic inlet when the switch lever is deactivated. Portable and non-portable liquid dispensing systems comprising the liquid dispenser are also described.
Beverage dispensing device with graphical representation of customized beverage selection
Systems and methods for dispensing compositions, such as beverages, are provided. A beverage dispenser may be configured to receive input corresponding to a selection of a beverage, and in response, a graphical representation of the beverage at a display device. The beverage dispenser may receive additional input corresponding to an adjustment of an amount of an ingredient of the selected beverage, and in response, the graphical representation of the beverage may be updated. The graphical representation of the beverage may include graphics depicting the beverage container, the volume of liquid in the beverage container, and the adjusted ingredient.
Drink-dispensing device, control system, and drink-dispensing method
A liquid-dispensing device includes: a table, including a body and a plate, the body including three casks containing a liquid, each cask including a shell in which a pouch, made of a flexible material and containing the liquid, is positioned; three draft circuits, extending from each cask to three dispensing taps; a system for cooling the draft circuit; three pressurized draft systems for drawing the liquid from each cask, the draft system including a solenoid valve in each draft circuit, between the cask and the tap; a system for managing the device, the managing system being provided to control dispensing by opening or closing the solenoid valve; and wheels enabling movement of the device. The plate includes: three liquid-dispensing taps; and a unit for interacting with the management system, which is suitable for interfacing with the liquid-dispensing control. The managing system is connected to a database via a connector.
DRINKING WATER SUPPLY DEVICE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
A method of controlling a drinking water supply device includes inputting a water discharge signal through an input lever, opening a first valve such that drinking water flows through a first channel and measuring the amount of drinking water flowing through the first channel using a flow rate sensor, opening a second valve for a predetermined time to discharge minerals when the amount of drinking water measured by the flow rate sensor reaches a first predetermined amount, and, opening the second valve again for the predetermined time to further discharge minerals when a second predetermined amount of drinking water is measured by the flow rate sensor.
Methods and Apparatus for Dispensing at Multiple Dispensing Points
A dispensing system (10) and related methods are provided in which a cup (22) is partially filled with a beverage at a first dispensing point (14a), and the cup is topped-off at a second dispensing point (14b).
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator capable of supplying water without opening a door and deteriorating the aesthetic quality of the refrigerator is provided. The refrigerator includes a main body in which a food storage space is formed, a door to open or close one side of the main body and a water dispensing member having an outlet. The water dispensing member is provided so as to be movable in the forward and backward directions and located at a first position at which the water dispensing member is accommodated in the door or at a second position at which the water dispensing member protrudes forward from the door.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISPENSING AND TRACKING MULTIPLE CATEGORIES OF BEVERAGES
Disclosed are various embodiments for dispensing and tracking beverages. An identifier associated with a user can be read by an identification device. Beverage availability information for the user can be determined. The beverage availability information can specify categories of beverages that the user is authorized to dispense. Valves can be selected that correspond to the authorized beverage categories. The valves can be enabled to allow the user to dispense beverages from the authorized beverage categories. The quantity of beverages dispensed can be tracked.
SCALABLE SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SELECTIVELY DISPENSING BEVERAGES
An example system comprises a pressurized environment within an incompressible, airtight pressurized container which includes a hollow housing portion and an outer portion. The pressurized container may be airtight and operable to maintain a pressure level in the pressurized environment in the hollow housing portion. The pressurized environment may be generated by a controllable pressure system coupled to the airtight pressurized container through a pressure delivery conduit. The system may receive a request for a serving of beer. The system may control, through a control interface, opening and closing a first and second liquid transport conduit to enable a flow of beer concentrate from a first compressible container stored within the hollow housing portion and a flow of alcohol from a second compressible container stored within the hollow housing portion, respectively. The flow of beer concentrate and the flow of alcohol may be propelled by pressure. The system may mix the flow of beer concentrate and the flow of alcohol to generate re-hydrated beer to be dispensed.
Method and apparatus for using gestures in a refrigerator dispensing system
A refrigeration device includes a refrigerated compartment, a door that seals the compartment, a dispenser opening in an exterior surface of the door, and a dispenser outlet in the opening. The refrigeration device also includes a reservoir configured to hold a substance and a conveyor configured to convey the substance from the reservoir to the dispenser outlet. Measurement sensors of the refrigeration device are configured to generate first measurement signals that are indicative a gesture of a hand in the dispenser opening. A control unit of the refrigeration device is configured to ascertain a requested fill height based upon the first measurement signals. The control unit is further configured to generate signals that cause the conveyor to convey the substance from the reservoir to a container placed under the dispenser outlet and cease conveying the substance upon the container attaining the requested fill level.
