The main body is disposed on the base and has a bottom portion which communicates with the base. A base cup is provided inside the base. The bas cup has a sealing flange on top. The base cup receives a bottom portion of the beer container. The main body has a top portion which is disposed with an air pump receiving cavity. An air pump is disposed inside the air pump receiving cavity. The cap is disposed at the top portion of the main body. The present invention is divided into three parts, namely the base, the main body and the cap. Such reasonable structure facilitates both assembly and cleaning.
Fluid pressurization and dispensing system
A fluid pressurization and dispensing system, including a coupler releasably attached to a vessel via an attachment means for securing a vacuum seal between the coupler and the vessel for maintaining pressure within the vessel, refreshing the gas composition within the vessel, and dispensing of a fluid contents externally from within the vessel without disturbing the vacuum seal. The coupler has a rigid single body unit having a tap head, a shank, and a cap which are contiguous thereof the coupler including a plurality of channels each integrally machined within an interior portion of the coupler. The system regulates a flow of gas from a pressurized gas cartridge via a gas pressure regulator, enables venting excess gas via a gas pressure relief valve, enables measurement of gas pressure within the vessel via a gas pressure gauge. Another embodiment of the system includes a coupler including a bi-level tap head.

Carbonated fluid dispenser with ultrasonic foaming mechanism
The embodiment relates to beverage dispensing, and more particularly to the dispensing of a carbonated beverage, from any container into a vessel, providing a portion of the beverage as foam atop the dispensed beverage. To avoid the reduction of absorbed carbon dioxide in a carbonated beverage, increased atmospheric pressure is employed to move the beverage from the container through the apparatus and into the vessel. An oscillating means provides a sonic wave through the conduit and the liquid therein; the sonic wave initiates the reaction between the carbon dioxide and the ingredients in the beverage to cause the liquid to foam prior to dispensing into the vessel. Iterations include an adaptable apparatus for a beer tap and a means for passing the liquid to be dispensed through a permeable container filled with soluble material or a permeable container filled with a filtration means.
AERATING NOZZLE FOR TAP
The present invention concerns a tap nozzle (2) comprising: a nozzle inlet (21) arranged to be connected to a tap outlet for allowing a liquid to flow from the tap outlet into the nozzle (2); a nozzle outlet (22) in fluid communication with the nozzle inlet (21) and arranged to allow the liquid to flow out from the nozzle, so as to form a liquid flow circuit; a paddle wheel (23) rotatably mounted between the nozzle inlet and the nozzle outlet around a flow axis determined by the flow of the liquid in the nozzle, the paddle wheel comprising a plurality of fins (230) extending radially from the flow axis; a planar grid (24) disposed between the paddle wheel (23) and the nozzle outlet (22) in a plane transverse to the to flow axis; an air flow circuit allowing an air flow to circulate from the exterior of the nozzle to the interior of the nozzle so as to maximize the liquid oxygenation in the nozzle, the air flow circuit being at least partially distinct from the liquid flow circuit.
Fluid transfer assembly and methods of fluid transfer
A fluid container and method of manufacture. The fluid container may be a drinking vessel, and may include an opening in a bottom surface thereof and a coupling device around the opening. The coupling device may include a first component in contact with the bottom surface of the fluid container around the opening and a second component in contact with the first component in a fluid-tight closed configuration. The second component may include a magnetic material. The coupling device may be biased in the fluid-tight closed configuration via magnetic attraction of the first and second components.
Fluid transfer assembly and methods of fluid transfer
A fluid container designed for filling through an opening in a bottom surface. The fluid container includes a connection device, including a ring crimped around the opening and a cap. The ring may include a ferrous metal. The cap may include a magnetic material. The cap may be removable from the fluid container. The cap is coupled to the ring via magnetic attraction to seal the opening in the bottom surface in a fluid container closed position. The connection device is designed to transition from the fluid container closed position to a fluid container open position when the connection device is coupled to a filling device for filling of the fluid container.
Beverage Infusion Apparatus and Method for Infusing Gas into a Beverage
A beverage infusion apparatus includes: beverage infusion apparatus comprising: (a) an infusion module for infusing a nitrogen containing gas into a beverage to form a gas infused beverage, wherein: (i) the infusion module comprises a gas draw venturi device for drawing the nitrogen containing gas into the beverage as a result of flow of the beverage through the gas draw venturi device to form the gas infused beverage; (b) a dispensing valve for dispensing the gas infused beverage and constructed to move between an open position and a closed position, wherein: (i) the open position permits dispensing of the gas infused beverage from the beverage infusion apparatus; (ii) the closed position prevents dispensing of the gas infused beverage from the beverage infusion apparatus; and (iii) the dispensing valve is constructed to move between the open position and the closed position by a user of the beverage infusion apparatus; and (c) a pump constructed to move the beverage, under pressure, from a beverage reservoir, through the dispensing valve to the dispensing valve. A method of forming a gas infused beverage at a location of purchase of the gas infused beverage is provided.
SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TOTAL CONTROL OF CRAFT BREWERIES
A system, method, and device to promote a compact and direct solution for craft breweries to distribute their products via kegs instead of using stainless steel and CO2 barrels, where a polymeric barrel containing an internal plastic balloon is used. This balloon is filled with beer, and, as it is filled the internal volume of the barrel is occupied, however, the internal volume is not fully filled by the balloon with beer. When full, pressurized atmospheric air is applied, without the need for filtration, since, due to having an internal plastic balloon, atmospheric air does not meet the beer. As the beer-filled barrel is filled with air, the plastic balloon is evenly crushed from all directions. While the inner plastic bag is emptied, the internal pressure must be restored with pressurized air. In the end, there is a remnant of +2% of the total volume of the beer.
