Refuelling arrangement
A refuelling method having instructing a refuelling operator to dispense a quantity of fuel to, and maintaining, during dispensing of the fuel, at least intermittent, substantially real time communication with an officer responsible for the aircraft to advise the officer of the status of the refuelling process. A system having a refuelling module and an officer module, the refuelling module configured to receive instructions to dispense a quantity of fuel to an aircraft, an at least intermittent, substantially real time communications link being maintained between the refuelling module and the officer module during dispensing of fuel to the aircraft, the refuelling module being adapted to transmit to the officer module information relating to the status of the refuelling process, and the officer module being adapted to display to an output indicative of the status of the refuelling process. The method and system permits modification of the instruction during refuelling.
Mobile distribution station for fluid dispensing
A distribution station includes a container, a pump, first and second manifolds fluidly connected with the pump, reels, hoses, valves, fluid level sensors, and a controller. Each hose is connected with a different one of the reels. A portion of the reels are connected to be fed from the first manifold and another portion of the reels are connected to be fed from the second manifold. Each valve is situated between one of the first or second manifolds and a respective different one of the reels. Each fluid level sensor is associated with a different one of the hoses. The controller is configured to individually open and close the valves responsive to the fluid level sensors.
FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND FLUID DISPENSER
A fluid management system includes a fluid management controller and a fluid dispenser. The controller authorizes control of the one or more fluid management components over a wireless interface. A dispensing meter can be activated by an authentication device. The fluid meter includes a cartridge valve with a valve cartridge and a valve stem. The cartridge valve guides the valve stem and provides the only sealing surface for the dynamic seals and control seal disposed on the valve stem. The handheld meter dispenses through a nozzle, which includes an overmolded stem tip that generates a laminar fluid flow as the fluid exits the nozzle. The handheld fluid meter includes circuitry configured to invert the orientation of a visual output provided by a display of the handheld fluid meter to facilitate installation of the handheld fluid meter for use in an oil bar application.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR FUEL TRANSACTION PRODUCT DETECTION
A computer implemented method comprises storing a transaction variable-set corresponding to a fuel transaction for a vehicle, wherein the transaction variable-set includes a fuel consumption history for the vehicle, a net sale, a number of purchased fuel units, and a diff value. The method further comprises deriving, by a machine learning module and based on the transaction variable-set, a plurality of characteristics of the purchased fuel, wherein the plurality of characteristics includes a fuel type of the purchased fuel and a fuel grade of the purchased fuel.
Fuel Delivery Tracking Assembly
A fuel delivery tracking assembly includes a fuel pumping unit that is fluidly coupled to a fuel tank for pumping fuel from the fuel tank. A monitoring unit is fluidly coupled to the fuel pumping unit. The monitoring unit records the flow of fuel through the fuel pumping unit for determining the fluid quantity of the fuel delivered from the fuel pumping unit. A data storage unit is included and the data storage unit is in wireless electrical communication with the monitoring unit. The data storage unit receives the fluid quantity of fuel delivered from the monitoring unit for the purposes of analysis and cost accounting with respect to the fuel delivered.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRACKING FUEL DELIVERIES
A fuel truck is used to deliver fuel to vehicles parked at one or more locations. While the fuel truck is servicing vehicles, a user of the fuel truck uses a mobile device to assist in the management of fuel delivery. Specifically, each vehicle being serviced has a tag that is a capable of being read by the mobile device. The tag communicates information that identifies the vehicle, and the mobile device communicates with a meter on the fuel truck to track how much fuel is delivered to the identified vehicle. The mobile device also controls the meter such that fuel is allowed to flow only when the mobile device is aware of which vehicle is receiving the fuel. Thus, over time, the mobile device is able to track accurately which vehicle is receiving fuel so that the amount of fuel delivered to each vehicle can be precisely determined.
Agricultural container processing and reconciliation system
The present invention relates to automated batch making assemblies where various component materials, at least, some in liquid form, are combined. Specifically, the invention provides a dispensing assembly that adds efficiency by increasing dramatically the speed with which a liquid is dispensed from a container and by providing means and methods to automate the addition of and account for the amount of each component.
Intelligent fuel dispensers
In general, intelligent fuel dispensers are provided. In at least some implementations, an intelligent fuel dispenser can determine customer identities and/or other characteristics and provide customized fueling sessions based on the determined customer identities and/or other characteristics. In at least some implementations, the fuel dispenser includes a touchless interface allowing customers to complete fueling sessions with minimal physical contact with the fuel dispenser.
