Dispensing Portioner
A portion dispensing system including a portioner configured with a controller. The portioner includes a piston configured to move within a container and force product in the container out of a nozzle opening. The controller controls the piston to dispense an input product weight and can detect the weight of dispensed product. The controller can adjust the piston to provide different weights of dispensed product and can provide pullback to substantially provide accurate dosing and eliminate product from oozing out of the nozzle opening.

Methods for distributing blended fuels
The disclosure relates to methods for distributing alcohol-containing gasoline. The methods herein facilitate the combination of gasoline blendstocks and alcohols to create finished gasoline products. The methods herein also measure the volumes and other characteristics of the gasoline blendstocks and alcohols and employ computers and controllers that calculate the gross and net volumes of liquids, including the net volume of finished gasoline products.

Automated fueling preset conversion and controls
An improved fluid transfer accuracy, information collection, and overall management. A system may utilize a pump to transfer fluid from a source to a target vessel, a meter for measuring an amount of fluid transferred, a density meter to detect actual fluid density, and a control unit to determine actual fluid transfer amount based on density. As an example, a fluid flow meter can be coupled with a flow conduit to determine fluid volume, along with the density meter to detect real-time density of transferred fluid. During a fluid transfer event, such as aircraft refueling, LPG fueling, or other refined fuels or valuable liquids, fluid volume can be converted to fluid weight in real-time based on actual density. The real-time fluid weight can be used to determine if a target fluid weight has been reached, and fluid flow can be shut off at the appropriate time.
Detecting locations associated with anomalous fuel dispensing operations within a network of gas stations
A system determines an interaction period during which a fuel dispensing operation is performed at a fuel dispensing terminal. The system determines a measured volume per unit time parameter associated with fuel dispensed from the fuel dispensing terminal by dividing the determined volume for fuel by the interaction period. The system compares the measured volume per unit time parameter with a threshold volume per unit time parameter. In response to determining that the measured volume per unit time parameter is less than the threshold volume per unit time parameter, the system retrieves a video feed that shows the fuel dispensing terminal during the fuel dispensing operation. The system creates a file for the fuel dispensing operation. The system stores the video feed in the created file.
