The housing is coupled to the main body such that the cavity is in flow communication with the opening. The fluid fill tool further includes a support mechanism coupled to the housing. The support mechanism is selectively moveable between a first position and a second position such that the support mechanism is configured to contact a wall of the vehicle to reduce movement of the reservoir.
CLIP ASSEMBLY FOR A FUEL NOZZLE
A device separable from a gasoline pump, wherein the device is configured to engage the trigger mechanism of the gasoline pump's fuel nozzle to hold the fuel nozzle in the activated position, thereby enabling hands-free pumping from the fuel nozzle. The device has a set of jaws biased in a closed position yet movable to an open position through manipulation of its lever arms. Teeth provided with the set of jaws facilitate the maintaining of the fuel nozzle in the activated position.

Nozzle for delivery of auxiliary or additive fluid for treating exhaust for a diesel motor for autos or truck vehicle or the like
An auxiliary or additive fluid for associated use with the primary diesel or related fuel, for application for reduction of exhaust pollution, and for motor or truck vehicle, or the like, includes the nozzle, the nozzle having its spout extending from its forward end, the spout having an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve through which the fluid flows during dispensing, a lower sleeve capable of shifting within the outer sleeve, and integrated with a safety valve sleeve, and biased axially inwardly of the spout when it is inserted into the fluid intake pipe of a vehicle intake for a fluid tank. A primary safety valve extends through the lower spout sleeve, and the integral safety valve sleeve is maintained in a fixed position, and normally is sealed into closure within the lower end of the lower spout sleeve. But, when the lower spout sleeve is forced axially inwardly, it unseats the safety valve from its sealing therewith, to open the spout for the dispensing of the fuel when the nozzle is actuated to allow fluid flow. In addition, a flow path for air that is normally closed by a check valve, is likewise opened, to allow for the passage of air to maintain the inoperativeness of the automatic shut-off, until such time as the fluid flow closes off the lower end said passage, initiating the automatic shut-off of the fluid dispensing nozzle, when the intake of air is blocked.
Fuel dispensing nozzle having single-handed hold open mechanism
A fuel dispensing nozzle comprises a nozzle body defining a dispensing path extending between a distal inlet and a proximal outlet and configured to dispense fuel. A fuel flow valve is disposed in the nozzle body between the distal inlet and the proximal outlet. An actuation assembly movable to open the fuel flow valve is also provided. The nozzle also includes a shut-off mechanism operatively connected to the actuation assembly. A hand lever is pivotally connected with respect to the nozzle body, the hand lever being operatively connected to the actuation assembly so as to cause opening of the fuel flow valve when the hand lever is pivoted in a valve opening direction. The hand lever has a grasping portion extending between a proximal location nearer the proximal outlet and a distal location. The nozzle according to this aspect further includes a hold open mechanism including a trigger disposed at the proximal location of the hand lever. The trigger is pivotally connected to the hand lever and has an engaging element. A catch member is fixed with respect to the nozzle body and defines a plurality of catches corresponding to respective flow positions. The catches are each configured to receive the engaging element of the trigger.

BAFFLED CROSS-THROUGH LIQUID CONTAINER
Apparatuses and methods of operating the same are described. An apparatus may include a lower compartment, a baffle, and an upper compartment. The lower compartment may form a lower cavity to hold a liquid. The baffle may include a channel connecting the lower compartment to an upper compartment, where the channel provides a first passageway for liquid to pass between the lower compartment and the upper compartment. The baffle may also include a baffle passage defining an opening through a middle section of the liquid container between the lower compartment and the upper compartment. The upper compartment may form an upper cavity to hold the liquid.
VACUUM BREAKER VALVES FOR FUEL CANISTERS
The present disclosure is directed to devices for dispensing liquid, especially fuel. In one embodiment, a device for dispensing fuel includes a spout for pouring liquid fuel, an annular fitting including a chamber formed therein. A sealing surface, a stopper, and spring may be disposed within the chamber. The annular fitting may be attached to the spout. The annular fitting may be configured to mate with a portable fuel canister. The fitting may include sidewalls forming a channel for liquid fuel, an outer wall enveloping a portion of the sidewall forming a chamber proximate the liquid channel, and an atmospheric orifice formed in the outer wall. The sealing surface may be disposed proximal the orifice. The spring may be configured to bias the stopper into contact with the sealing surface such that the chamber is in selective pressure-dependent fluid communication with an atmosphere outside the device.
FLOW CONTROL NOZZLE
Liquid container nozzles including a valve handle, valve body, spool, and spout assembly, where the valve body may move slidingly into the valve handle over the spool to control the flow of liquid through the nozzle. Liquid flow may be controlled by adjusting the position of the valve body in relation to the valve handle and spool using varying force or pressure. The spool may include one or more holes to control the flow of liquid. In some examples of the invention, the spool may narrow in an S-shaped fashion, and the holes of the spool may be located on a portion of the spool that narrows to form S-shaped holes. These holes may swirl liquid as it is poured from the nozzle to create a more uniform flow.
