Water Composition, Filter, Filter Assembly and Water Purification System
A water composition is adapted to be received and sealed in a container and includes water that is capable of being utilized by living organism, silicic acid and hydrogen gas dissolved in the water. The silicic acid of the water composition is present in an amount of not greater than a saturation concentration of the silicic acid. The water composition has an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) that is lower than ?400 mV. A filter for producing the water composition includes a carrier and a silicon material adsorbed on the carrier. A filter assembly and a water purification system containing the filter are also provided.
Pelletized activated carbon and methods of production
Activated carbon for removal of sulfur containing materials from fluids. The activated carbon has a high sulfur capacity and can be manufactured without the addition of a catalyst. Lignite is treated to provide an activated carbon with a high mesoporosity and total surface area. The starting material has a high ash content, such as greater than 10% by weight.
FILTER APPARATUS FOR THE TREATMENT OF HYDROCARBON CONTAMINATED WATER
A filter apparatus for treating hydrocarbon contaminated water comprising a housing defining an internal cavity and having an inlet and an outlet; a separating member that separates the internal cavity into a first treatment zone and a second treatment zone, wherein the first treatment zone is in fluid communication with the inlet and the second treatment zone is in fluid communication with the outlet, the separating member having one or more holes therethrough for fluid flow from the first treatment zone to the second treatment zone; at least one distribution tube within the second treatment zone having an end enclosing at least one of the holes to accept liquid flowing through the hole, the distribution tube further having perforations along its length for distributing liquid into the second treatment zone; a filtration barrier within the first treatment zone for removing particulate matter from the liquid flowing therethrough; and a particulate filtration media within the second treatment zone, surrounding the distribution tube, comprising at least one polymer for removing hydrocarbons from the water flowing through the second treatment zone prior to exiting the outlet.
Biodegradable air filter from date palm and method of fabrication thereof
A biodegradable filter for the removal of various pollutants, contaminants, or harmful substances from the surrounding air, and a method of fabrication. The filter includes 30% by weight of cellulose nanofibers, 30% by weight of activated carbon, and 20% by weight of polyethylene glycol. The cellulose nanofibers and activated carbon are isolated from date palm biomass, making the filter cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
ENERGY HYDROGEN WATER DISSOLVING DEVICE
Disclosed is an energy hydrogen water dissolving device that passes a clean water source through a pressurized pump. A part of the water is sent to a hydrogen production equipment and decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen, and the other part of the water is driven to an energy hydrogen water dissolving and storage tank. The oxygen formed by the hydrogen production equipment is discharged to the outside or returned to the clean water source, and the hydrogen formed by the hydrogen production equipment is connected and sent to an input end of the pressurized pump, pressurized and mixed uniformly by the pressurized pump and outputted to the clean water, so that the water liquid entering into the energy hydrogen water dissolving and storage tank becomes high dissolution hydrogen water. The energy hydrogen water dissolving and storage tank contains an energy mineral, a hydrogen molecule mineral and a terminal filter, and the water liquid discharged from the energy hydrogen water dissolving and storage tank is formed into healthy drinking water with tiny water molecules, weak alkaline, high negative potential and high dissolution hydrogen molecules

Water processing filter and manufacturing method therefor
A water-processing filter having a high dimensional accuracy and an improved filterability (such as a capability to remove turbidity components) is provided. The water-processing filter comprises (A) a hollow cylindrical filter which comprises (a1) a granular activated carbon having a median particle size of 30 to 80 m and (a2) a fibrillated fibrous binder. The cylindrical filter (A) has an upstream outer surface having an arithmetical mean deviation of a waviness profile adjusted to not more than 30 m and an arithmetical mean deviation of a primary profile adjusted to 35 to 45 m. The cylindrical filter (A) may have a downstream inner surface having an arithmetical mean deviation of a waviness profile of not more than 30 m and an arithmetical mean deviation of a primary profile of 35 to 45 m. The cylindrical filter (A) may have a grounded outer surface. In a hollow space of the cylindrical filter (A), (B) a cylindrical filter comprising (b1) a granular activated carbon having a median particle size of 30 to 80 m and (b2) a granular binder may be disposed.
