BEVERAGE AERATION
20190002266 · 2019-01-03 · ·

Devices and methods for extraction of a beverage from a beverage bottle, such as a wine bottle, using an extraction device. An aeration nozzle may be used to generate one or more jets of beverage arranged to expose the beverage to ambient air or other surrounding gas.

GAS SOLUTION PRODUCTION APPARATUS
20180353911 · 2018-12-13 ·

A gas solution production apparatus 1 includes a gas dissolving unit 5 that dissolves the gas of the second raw material into the liquid of the first raw material to generate a gas solution with a predetermined concentration, and a gas-liquid separation unit 8 that subjects the gas solution to gas-liquid separation into a supply liquid and an exhaust gas. The unit 5 includes a first nozzle 9 that atomizes the liquid of the first raw material, a mist mixing section 11 that mixes the liquid of the first raw material atomized by the nozzle 9 and the gas of the second raw material to generate a gas solution with a higher concentration than a predetermined concentration, and a liquid mixing section 12 that mixes the gas solution with the high concentration and the liquid of the first raw material to generate the gas solution with the predetermined concentration.

PRESSURIZED LIQUID STREAM WITH DISSOLVED GAS
20180339276 · 2018-11-29 ·

A system and method of injecting a gas enriched and/or emulsified first liquid into a second liquid is disclosed. The injection can cause generation of a high density of bubbles having a mean diameter of a selected size. The mean diameter of the bubbles can be selected and varied based on the characteristics of the injection system.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CARTRIDGE-BASED CARBONATION OF BEVERAGES

Systems, methods and cartridges for carbonating or otherwise dissolving gas in a precursor liquid, such as water, to form a beverage. A gas source can be provided in a cartridge which is used to generate gas that is dissolved into the precursor liquid. A beverage medium, such as a powdered drink mix or liquid syrup, may be provided in the same, or a separate cartridge as the gas source and mixed with the precursor liquid to form a beverage. The use of one or more cartridges for the gas source and/or beverage medium may make for an easy to use and mess-free system for making sparkling beverages, e.g., in the consumer's home.

PRESSURIZED DECANTING DEVICE
20180290873 · 2018-10-11 ·

A pressurized decanting device decants wine, so that oxidation is prevented by not agitating the wine as it decants, or agitating solid matter resting on the bottom of bottle. The decanting device couples to the mouth of bottle through a cork having a cork borehole. A pump forces pressurized gas into the bottle of wine. The consequential pressure forces the wine out of the bottle through a discharge pipe in the housing. The device includes a base mounted with a housing. The housing includes an outlet apparatus, a pump, a power supply mechanism, and a switch mechanism operatively connected to the pump and the power supply mechanism. An outlet pipe and a gas guiding apparatus extend from the outlet apparatus. The switch mechanism mounts on the outlet apparatus through power supply mechanism The outlet apparatus controls a liquid and a gas to discharge or stop discharging from outlet pipe.

Microbubble generation container and water discharging device

The present disclosure provides a microbubble generation container and a water discharging device. The container includes a barrel main body, an excitation member and an elastic member. The barrel main body is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and a connecting port. The excitation member is movably arranged in the barrel main body, and includes a partition plate and a sealing portion. The partition plate divides an inner space of the barrel main body into a first chamber and a second chamber, and a water passage for communicating the first chamber with the second chamber is arranged on the partition plate. The water passage enables water flowing by to form water droplets and be ejected. The sealing portion opens and closes the connecting port with a motion of the excitation member.

Method for bubble-free gas-enrichment of a flowing liquid within a conduit
20180207592 · 2018-07-26 ·

The present invention provides a system for enriching a flowing liquid with a dissolved gas inside a conduit. The system comprises two or more capillaries, each capillary delivering a stream of a gas-enriched liquid to the flowing liquid. The first ends of the capillaries are positioned to form an intersecting angle with respect to the effluent streams such that these streams of gas-enriched liquid collide with each other upon exit from the first ends of the capillaries, effecting localized convective mixing within the larger liquid conduit before these gas-enriched streams are able to come into close contact with the boundary surfaces of the conduit, whereby the gas-enriched liquid mixes with the flowing liquid to form a gas-enriched flowing liquid. In the preferred embodiment, no observable bubbles are formed in the gas-enriched flowing liquid. Methods of making and using such system are also provided.
