METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING HYDROGEN-CONTAINING DRINKING WATER
There are provided a method and apparatus for manufacturing hydrogen-containing drinking water that can fill a packaging container with hydrogen-containing water while suppressing the change of the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the hydrogen-containing water to a low level.
A method of continuously manufacturing hydrogen-containing drinking water includes (A) a deaeration step, (B) a hydrogen dissolving step, (C) a filling step, and (D) a sealing step. Pressure is applied to water flow channels corresponding to hydrogen-containing water, which is to be injected to a packaging container in the filling step, from purified water that is to be supplied to the deaeration step. The filling step includes: a preparation stage of supplying hydrogen-containing water, to which pressure is applied, into a filling device; a deaeration stage of removing gas, which is present in the packaging container, after connecting the packaging container to the filling device; an injection stage of directly injecting the hydrogen-containing water, to which pressure is applied, into the packaging container; and a discharge stage of discharging hydrogen-containing water, which remains in the filling device, into the packaging container by introducing pressurized air into the filling device. The method further includes a step of immediately proceeding to the sealing step (D) when the injection port and the filling port are disconnected from each other.
HYDRO-DIESEL ENGINE SYSTEM HAVING SEPARATE AGITATION MIXING AND CHEMICAL MIXING OF HYDROGEN GAS INTO LIQUID DIESEL FUEL
A hydro-diesel engine system, including: (a) a hydrogen gas supply and a liquid diesel fuel supply; (b) a bubbilizer configured to agitatedly mix some of the hydrogen gas into diesel fuel to form a mixture of small bubbles of hydrogen gas in the liquid diesel fuel which is then sent into a hydro-diesel engine; together with (c) a system for chemically mixing some of the hydrogen gas with the diesel fuel prior to the diesel fuel entering the bubbilizer.
Method and apparatus for producing chlorine gas in an electrolytic cell
A method and apparatus for producing chlorine gas whereby a nanobubble generator introduces nanobubbles at a concentration of at least 10.sup.6 nanobubbles per cm.sup.3 into an electrolytic cell comprising a pair of electrodes and a chlorine-containing, electrolyzable liquid, and the electrolytic cell is operated to produce chlorine gas.
APPARATUS FOR MIXING IONIZED HYDROGEN AND OXYGEN IONS WITH GAS-PHASE, LIQUID-PHASE, AND SOLID-PHASE SUBSTANCES AND TRANSFERRING QUANTUM ENERGY TO MIXTURES
An apparatus, includes: a first raw material supply unit 110 including a filter housing 111, a supply fan 112, a flow regulator 113, an electronic valve 114, and an air supply line 115, wherein the supply fan 112 is operated to suck in external air, in the process, the HEPA filter (not shown) mounted inside the filter housing 112 filters fine dust and adjusts the air supply flow rate from the flow regulator 113 to the appropriate flow rate and supplies through the supply line 115 to the ion generator 200; a second raw material supply unit 120 including a pressure regulator 122, a flow regulator 123, an electronic valve 124, and an air supply line 125.
SUBSTRATE CLEANING METHOD AND SUBSTRATE CLEANING APPARATUS
A substrate cleaning method, including a step of transporting a substrate after the substrate has been polished; a step of holding the substrate substantially horizontally by a substrate holding portion; a step of scrub cleaning a lower surface of the substrate while rotating the substrate; a first step of, after the step of scrub cleaning is performed, supplying a chemical solution from a first nozzle to the lower surface of the substrate while rotating the substrate; and a second step of, after the first step is performed, supplying a bubble-containing pure water from a second nozzle to the lower surface of the substrate while rotating the substrate, wherein bubbles contained in the bubble-containing pure water have bubble diameters of 1 m or more and 500 m or less.
Ultrafine bubble generator and ultrafine bubble generation method
The invention relates to an ultrafine bubble (UFB) generator and a method for generating UFB. The invention also provides an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid and a production method of the liquid. An ultrafine bubble generator is prepared by combining (A) a sophorolipid containing acidic sophorolipid and lactonic sophorolipid in a ratio (mass ratio) of 78:22 to 100:0, (B) a free fatty acid or salt thereof, and (C) a gas generation component.
