Chemical liquid preparation method of preparing a chemical liquid for substrate processing, chemical liquid preparation unit preparing a chemical liquid for substrate processing, and substrate processing system
A substrate processing system includes a chemical liquid preparation unit preparing a chemical liquid to be supplied to a substrate and a processing unit which supplies the chemical liquid, prepared by the chemical liquid preparation unit, to the substrate. The chemical liquid preparation unit supplies an oxygen-containing gas, containing oxygen gas, to a TMAH-containing chemical liquid, containing TMAH (tetramethylammonium hydroxide), to make the oxygen-containing gas dissolve in the TMAH-containing chemical liquid.
System and Method for Controlling the Concentration of Single and Multiple Dissolved Gases in Beverages
A system and method of controlling a concentration of one or more gases dissolved in a beverage is disclosed. The system includes a saturation tank having a gas head space, a brite tank, and a beverage supply system to pass the beverage between the saturation tank and the brite tank. A beverage supersaturated with the gas from the head space is formed in the saturation tank. The supersaturated beverage is passed from the saturation tank to the brite tank. Once the amount of gas added to the beverage exceeds saturation, some of the gas escapes from solution from the beverage and the pressure in the brite tank increases. Once the pressure within the brite tank reaches a pre-defined pressure, a pump supplying the beverage to the saturation tank is shut-off and the inlet and outlet valves of the brite tank are closed.
Heat Exchanger System with Flexible Bag
A bag assembly for use with a heat exchanger includes a flexible bag having of one or more sheets of polymeric material, the bag having a first end that bounds a first compartment and an opposing second end that bounds a second compartment, a support structure being disposed between the first compartment and the second compartment so that the first compartment is separated and isolated from the second compartment. A first inlet port, a first outlet port, and a first drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the first compartment. A second inlet port, a second outlet port, and a second drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the second compartment.
Chemical liquid preparation device, and substrate processing device
A chemical liquid preparation method of preparing a chemical liquid for treating a film formed on a substrate, including a gas dissolving process in which an oxygen-containing gas and an inert-gas-containing gas are dissolved in the chemical liquid by supplying the oxygen-containing gas which contains oxygen gas and the inert-gas-containing gas which contains an inert gas to a chemical liquid, wherein in the gas dissolving process, a dissolved oxygen concentration in the chemical liquid is adjusted by setting a mixing ratio between the oxygen-containing gas and the inert-gas-containing gas supplied to the chemical liquid as a mixing ratio corresponding to a predetermined target dissolved oxygen concentration.
GAS-INFUSED FLUIDS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING SAME
The present disclosure provides fluids, such as a distilled spirit, comprising at least about 25 ppm of an infused gas. Systems and methods for producing such gas-infused fluids are also provided.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR NITROGEN GAS INFUSED COLD BREW BEVERAGES
A dispenser of nitrogen gas infused cold brew beverages includes a product container, a nitrogenator, a mixing unit, and a dispensing unit. The nitrogenator receives water from a water source and nitrogen gas from a nitrogen gas source and infuses the nitrogen gas into the water to produce nitrogen gas infused water. The mixing unit receives product from a product container and nitrogen gas infused water from the nitrogenator. The mixing unit combines the product and the nitrogen gas infused water to induce a mixing thereof that creates a nitrogen gas infused beverage. The dispensing unit receives nitrogen gas infused beverage from the mixing unit. The dispensing unit chills the nitrogen gas infused beverage to produce a nitrogen gas infused cold brew beverage for dispensing therefrom.
AN APPARATUS AND A METHOD FOR GENERATING AND INFUSING A GAS INTO A LIQUID DRINK
The present invention is directed towards a liquid drink dispensing apparatus. The apparatus comprises a gas generating component and a liquid drink dispensing component. The generated gas is supplied to the liquid drink dispensing component which infuses the generated gas into a liquid drink prior to dispensing the gas-infused liquid drink. The advantage of using a gas generating component is that the gas can be created on-site and no bottled gas needs to be used. This obviates the problems associated with purchasing, storing, using and replacing gas cylinders.
NITROGEN GENERATOR AND USES THEREOF
A system and method to supply nitrogen gas is provided. Ambient air is compressed and stored in a storage receiver and then nitrogen is separated from the compressed air in a nitrogen membrane separation unit. The separated nitrogen is stored in a nitrogen storage tank under pressure and released through a pressure control valve. The system is confined to a small footprint and is useful as a nitrogen source where conventional compressed nitrogen tanks are a safety or space issue. Systems to prepare nitrogen infused beverages are also provided.
GAS/LIQUID INFUSION SYSTEM WITH INTELLIGENT LEVEL MANAGEMENT AND ADJUSTABLE ABSORPTION OUTPUT
A system features a controller having a signal processor configured to: receive signaling containing information about a liquid level of a gas infused liquid in a liquid/gas infusion tank/vessel, one or more gas input characteristics of a gas provided to the liquid/gas infusion tank/vessel, and one or more liquid input characteristics of an incoming non-infused liquid provided to the liquid/gas infusion tank/vessel; and determine corresponding signaling containing information to control a pump that provides the incoming non-infused liquid to the infusion tank/vessel on demand each time a beverage is dispensed with the gas infused liquid from the liquid/gas infusion tank/vessel and to maintain a desired liquid level and target equilibrium gas pressure in the liquid/gas infusion tank/vessel at a given temperature.
Apparatus For Providing A Brewed Beverage
An apparatus for providing an infused or brewed beverage comprises a brewing arrangement which is configured to brew a beverage according to a selected one of a plurality of brewing processes, at least one being a hot brewing processes and at least one being a cold brewing process. The apparatus includes a controller configured to receive a user selection indicative of a required beverage, and to control the brewing arrangement in dependence upon the user selection. The apparatus may for example be used to provide either hot brew or cold brew coffee as required, without the need for multiple machines.
