The purpose of the present disclosure is, in a bubble generating device provided with a bubble generating unit for generating minute bubbles in water flowing through the inside of the cylindrical main body unit, to improve the bubble generating efficiency of the bubble generating unit. Provided is a bubble generating device provided with a cylindrical main body unit and a bubble generating unit disposed within the main body, wherein: the bubble generating unit is provided with slits extending radially centered on one point within the main body unit in a cross-sectional plane of the main body unit, and a column part protruding from the inner peripheral surface of main body unit and formed on the peripheral edge of the slits; and the amount of protrusion of the column part is gradually reduced toward the upstream side from the peripheral edges of the slits, and the column part has a recessed part formed on the downstream surface.

Systems, devices, and methods are provided that are useful in generating a fluid suspension of nanoplasmoid bubbles. Such systems utilize a nanobubble/nanoplasmoid generator in conjunction with mechanisms for applying energy to the fluid in the form of electrolytic events, pressure waves, electrical fields, and/or magnetic fields. The nanobubble/nanoplasmoid generator is of modular construction that is readily adaptable to a wide variety of applications. Various applications of nanoplasmoid bubble suspensions so produced are described.

Apparatus for dissolving gas into a liquid

An apparatus (2) for dissolving a gas into a liquid includes a liquid inlet (4) for supplying liquid into the apparatus, a gas inlet (6) for supplying gas into the liquid within the apparatus and a venturi (52) arranged to dissolve the gas into the liquid passing through the venturi. The apparatus also includes an outlet (18) for the liquid and dissolved gas downstream of the venturi. At least part of the liquid inlet, at least part of the gas inlet, at least part of the venturi and at least part of the outlet are formed in an integrally formed piece of material (42).

A static mixer for desalting a fluid is disclosed. A static mixer can include a housing, a reduction cone disposed concentrically within the housing; and an expansion cone disposed concentrically within the housing; wherein the static mixer is configured to direct fluid flow through the reduction cone onto the expansion cone, thereby mixing the fluid.

System and method to synthesize a target molecule within a droplet

The disclosed embodiments generally relate to a method and system to synthesize a target molecule within a droplet. In an exemplary embodiment, a first microfluidic device configured to contact a polynucleotide-containing component from a sample with lysis reagents to form a first droplet. The lysis reagents include an enzyme having protease activity. The first droplet is encapsulated with an immiscible carrier fluid. A collection reservoir is provided to receive and incubate the first droplet for a first duration of time. The first duration of time is sufficient to inactivate the enzyme of the lysis reagent. A second microfluidic device is provided to receive the first droplet and add nucleic acid synthesis reagent to thereby form a second nucleic acid synthesis droplet in the immiscible carrier fluid. Finally, a reaction chamber is provided to synthesize the target polynucleotide within the second nucleic acid synthesis droplet.

Provided is a washer liquid supply system in a simple structure and capable of improving the capacity of washing an object of a vehicle. A washer liquid supply system includes: a washer tank mounted on a vehicle to store washer liquid; a supply section mounted on the vehicle to supply the washer liquid in the washer tank to a window shield of the vehicle; and a connecting member being a bubbling section mounted on the vehicle to make the washer liquid contain bubbles, wherein the supply section supplies the washer liquid containing the bubbles to the window shield.
