Pump feeder and method of mixing edible material
A pump feeder includes a hopper, a first mixing paddle, a second mixing paddle, a first auger, a second auger and dual outlets. The hopper receives edible material in the form of a thick, viscous base and mix-ins, and includes an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The first and second mixing paddles are located within the upper chamber and cause movement of the edible material within the upper chamber for both breaking apart and mixing of the edible material. The first and second augers are located within the lower chamber and cause movement of the edible material from a first end of the lower chamber to a second end of the lower chamber. The outlets are located at the second end of the lower chamber and connected to an inlet of a pump which further compresses the mixed edible material for delivery to an extruder die and cutting assembly.

Method and apparatus for improving heat transfer and reaction efficiency of gas hydrate reactor using scraper
The present invention relates to an apparatus comprising a reactor body to which gas and water are supplied to create a gas hydrate; an upper cover which is engaged to an upper portion of the reactor body, a scraper mounted rotationally within the reactor body, and a motor for providing a driving force to the scraper. It is possible to remove gas hydrate particles attached to at least one of an inner surface of the reactor body and an inner surface of the upper cover, by a rotary driving of the scraper. According to the invention, it is possible to prevent a material hindering a heat transfer by attaching on a wall surface of the reactor, through a process of scraping out gas hydrate particles, when the scraper which is rotationally driven about a center axis of the reactor is close to the inner surface of the reactor.
COOLING WATER STIRRER AND WATER PURIFIER HAVING THE SAME
A stirrer includes a stirring shaft; a plurality of mixing wings extending from the lower end of the stirring shaft and spaced from each other around the stirring shaft; and a conical hub connecting the lower ends of the mixing wings.
Dough kneader machine and related method of making an alimentary dough
The invention relates to a kneader machine for alimentary doughs including a container provided with a tight lid and a rotor rotatably arranged in the container about a vertical rotation axis (A), wherein the rotor has a flat base consisting of a plurality of arms and a plurality of mixing paddles which extend from the arms in a vertical direction (V), and wherein the arms of the rotor have beveled surfaces formed along their peripheries on the sides intended to face a rotation direction of rotation (R) of the rotor. The mixing paddles have first and second mixing paddles configured so as to generate between them a whirling motion of the particles of the solid ingredients on a plane (P) passing through the rotation axis (A) of the rotor and perpendicular to its base. The invention also relates to a method of making an alimentary dough by using the kneader machine.
Drive System for Static Batch Reactor
A device for driving a plurality of rotatable agitators for use in a static batch reactor system, a reactor bottle cap for use with the rotatable agitator driving device and a static batch reactor system which includes the rotatable agitator driving device and bottles fitted with the reactor bottle cap are disclosed. The rotatable agitator driving device includes a planar case having first and second opposite faces, a plurality of drive heads projecting from the case through the second face and a gear train protectively housed in the case. The gear train includes a driver gear having a coupling for receiving drive from a motor, a set of idler gears and a set of driven gears. Each driven gear attached to a respective drive head for driving a rotatable agitator. The gear train is configured to cause the drive heads to rotate at the same rate.
