Sweetener Composition
The present invention relates to a sweetener composition comprising a sweetening blend with at least three components selected from: Maltitol, Xylitol and Rebaudioside A, the latter having a purity ranging from 80% to 100% by weight on the anhydrous basis, wherein Rebaudioside A, Xylitol and Maltitol are present in specific ratios and wherein the sum of the amounts of the three components of the sweetener composition is equal to the same amount by weight of sucrose and such as to achieve the same sweetening power as sucrose. Moreover, the present invention relates to the use of said sweetener composition replacing sucrose which, the weight being equal to that of the replaced sucrose, has the same sweetening power in a 1/1 ratio, to sweeten a product or a composition which is either edible or meant to be taken or ingested orally, or which is at any rate usable in the oral canal, such as: foods, drinks, pharmaceuticals, tobacco products, nutraceuticals and preparations for oral hygiene and/or beauty treatment; as well as a sweetened product or a sweetened composition which is either edible or meant to be taken or ingested orally, or which is at any rate usable in the oral canal, such as: foods, drinks, pharmaceuticals, tobacco products, nutraceuticals and preparations for oral hygiene and/or beauty treatment, said product or composition comprising the above sweetener composition.

The present invention describes a formulation comprising a prune and/or plum concentrate, and one or more water-soluble, non-digestible, prebiotic oligosaccharides. DYE EMULSION
The invention relates to an emulsion comprising an aqueous phase and an oil phase having a liposoluble colorant and comprising an emulsifier composition for emulsification of the liposoluble colorant in a foodstuff. In order to further develop the emulsion in such a manner that it has a very high transparency and a stable colouration, and in order to provide an emulsifier composition for a colorant emulsion which also has a high acidic stability in very acidic drinks in the range of pH 3.5, the invention proposes that an emulsifier in the aqueous phase is a quillaia extract and the aqueous phase comprises at least one polyol and/or at least one sugar alcohol and preferably comprises lecithin in the oil phase.
Glucose oxidase compositions
Glucose oxidase and further compositions are described. The glucose oxidase compositions have glucose oxidase and at least one ingredient selected from one or more of carbohydrate (e.g. dietary fibre or saccharide), polyol or sugar alcohol while further compositions are sweeteners, food, compositions for fortification of food, nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals. The present invention describes a syrup of tagatose and galactose as main components together with other secondary products such as glycerol, oligosaccharides and other sugars in a minority amount.
EFFERVESCENT ORAL COMPOSITION
The disclosure provides an effervescent composition adapted for oral use, the composition including an effervescent material; one or more fillers in a total amount of at least about 30% by weight, the one or more fillers including at least one sugar alcohol; at least one active ingredient; and optionally, a lipid in an amount of at least about 20% by weight. Melting effervescent compositions are also provided, which include the lipid.
