A system for applying a building material, including: a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; a first component of the building material; a second component of the building material; a mixer for mixing the first component and the second component, the mixer including a drive module with a first coupling element and a mixing chamber module with a second coupling element, the drive module and the mixing chamber module being detachably embodied, and the drive module and the mixing chamber module being actively interconnected in an application state of the system by means of the coupling elements.

METHOD FOR THE APPLICATION OF MINERAL BINDER COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING FIBRES

A method for the application of hydrous mineral binder compositions which contain fibres. An aqueous accelerator is mixed with the aqueous binder composition in a mixer shortly before the application. The method is very robust and makes it possible to quickly produce even large moulded bodies having a uniform surface and very good strength development properties.

Method for producing fiber reinforced cementitious slurry using a multi-state continuous mixer

A method in which a stream of dry cementitious powder from a dry powder feeder passes through a dry cementitious powder inlet conduit to feed a first feed section of a fiber-slurry mixer. An aqueous medium stream passes through at least one aqueous medium stream conduit to feed a first mixing section the fiber-slurry mixer. A stream of reinforcing fibers passes from a fiber feeder through a reinforcing fibers stream conduit to feed a second mixing section of the fiber-slurry mixer. The stream of dry cementitious powder, aqueous medium stream, and stream of reinforcing fibers combine in the fiber-slurry mixer to make a stream of fiber-cement mixture which discharges through a discharge conduit at a downstream end of the mixer.

Co-precipitation reactor and method of manufacturing material precursor for secondary battery using the same

A co-precipitation reactor for manufacturing a positive electrode active material precursor for a secondary battery, the co-precipitation reactor including a reaction chamber having a plurality of suppliers configured to direct a reaction material and a pH adjusting material into the reaction chamber, a stirrer configured to be disposed in the reaction chamber, a drive motor configured to rotate the stirrer, a stirring shaft configured to receive power from the drive motor and rotate the stirrer, a first heater configured to heat an outside of the reaction chamber to heat the reaction material and the pH adjusting material, and a second heater configured to heat an inside of the reaction chamber to heat the reaction material and the pH adjusting material.

STIRRING ELEMENT DEVICE

A stirring element device, in particular for mixing media with a wide range of viscosities, in particular for a polycondensation reactor, includes at least one inner stirring blade and at least one outer stirring blade which are rotatable about a common axis of rotation, wherein at least the inner stirring blade is inclined at least section-wise relative to the axis of rotation. The inner stirring blade is arranged entirely in a subregion around the axis of rotation which is equivalent to a cylinder sector with a circular sector of less than 360 as base area.

Continuous extruding kneader for producing mixture for electrode active material layer, and method for producing mixture for electrode active material layer, electrode laminate, and all-solid-state battery using it

A continuous extrusion kneader comprising a first supply section for supplying a solid electrolyte, a first kneading section for kneading a material supplied from the first supply section to provide an intermediate mixture, a second supply section for supplying an electrode active material to the intermediate mixture, and a second kneading section for kneading the intermediate mixture and the material supplied from the second supply section, wherein the first kneading section comprises a forward kneading section for kneading the material supplied from the first supply section and conveying the material downstream, and a reverse kneading section for kneading the material supplied from the forward kneading section and applying a force in the upstream direction.

Distribution and processing of battery electrode slurry and similar suspensions

The occurrence of separation or reaggregation is suppressed in a suspension such as a battery electrode slurry. A battery electrode slurry distributing apparatus includes: a circulation pipe via which a positive electrode slurry is to be circulated; and a control unit that controls the supply of the positive electrode slurry to each of coaters. In a period in which either the coater is allowed to receive the supply of the positive electrode slurry, the control unit inhibits the supply of the positive electrode slurry to the other coater. The circulation pipe is structured in a polygonal loop. The coaters are connected to respective elbow portions formed in the circulation pipe via the pipes, respectively.

PROCESS TO BACTERIALLY DECOMPOSE ORGANIC WASTE
