Methods and systems for pharmaceutical compounding
A computer-implemented method for execution by a processor of a computing device. The method comprises implementing a computerized graphical user interface (GUI) that provides a user of the computing device with an opportunity to identify a pharmaceutical compounding formula; consulting a database at least partly on a basis of the identified pharmaceutical compounding formula in order to determine mixing parameters for a planetary mixer, associated with the identified pharmaceutical compounding formula; and causing a mixer to subject a container to superimposed rotation and revolution movements in accordance with the mixing parameters determined from consulting the database.
APPARATUS FOR MIXING AND AGITATING SECONDARY BATTERY ELECTRODE MATERIALS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An apparatus for mixing and agitating secondary battery electrode materials includes: a vessel configured to accommodate secondary battery electrode material; an agitator configured to rotate and elevate to agitate the material in the vessel; a rotation controller configured to control the rotation of the agitator; and an elevation controller configured to control the elevation of the agitator.
APPLIANCE FOR PREPARING SCRAMBLED EGGS
The invention relates to a compact device for the automated preparation of scrambled eggs, with customizable settings for time (6), temperature (7) and speed (8) for different types of recipes and textures, consisting of a motor (2) that generates the movement of a working tool (3A; 3B) inside a non-stick container (4) coupled to a heating base (5).
HAND-OPERATED CONSTRUCTION MIXER, IN PARTICULAR HAND-OPERATED STIRRING MACHINE FOR STIRRING AND/OR MIXING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
A hand-operated construction mixer, such as a hand-operated stirring machine for stirring and/or mixing construction materials, has a housing and a drive motor accommodated, at least on part, in the housing interior. The drive motor has at least one drive shaft, which is operatively connectable directly or indirectly to a mixing and/or stirring tool. An actuating device is provided, by way of which the drive motor is actuatable. The drive motor, preferably controlled via a control device coupled to the actuating device, is suitable and configured to provide a rotational speed, preferably a load rotational speed, at the drive shaft driving the mixing and/or stirring tool in a range from 200 rpm to 1000 rpm, preferably from 250 rpm to 750 rpm, most preferably from 300 rpm to 650 rpm.
METHOD FOR HYDROLYZING PROTEIN-RICH WASTE
A method for hydrolyzing protein-rich waste includes the steps of: (A) pouring protein-rich waste and water into an outer shell of a hydrolysis furnace device; (B) drawing a portion of air out of the outer shell using a negative pressure device; (C) introducing inert gas into the outer shell using an air cylinder device; (D) introducing steam into the outer shell using a steam boiler device; (E) stirring the protein-rich waste and the water in the outer shell using a stirring module to generate a hydrolysis reaction; (F) discharging the protein-rich waste to a separation device; (G) performing a solid-liquid separation on the protein-rich waste using the separation device to separate a protein-rich hydrolyzate semi-finished product; and (H) reducing the moisture contained in the protein-rich hydrolyzate semi-finished product using a drying device to produce a protein-rich hydrolyzate finished product.
APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE COMPOSITE MATERIAL
The present disclosure provides an apparatus for manufacturing an electrode composite material. The apparatus may include a storage tank configured to contain a powder, a mixer connected to the storage tank by a transfer pipe, the mixer being configured to mix the powder therein, and one or more ultrasonic generators configured to transmit ultrasonic vibrations to the storage tank.
Automatic food spread mixer
An automatic food spread mixer is used to rotate a jar of nut butter at approximately 16 rpm for about an hour.
SOLID CHEMISTRY DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
Disclosed herein are systems and equipment configured for dosing and dispensing solid cleaning compositions. The solid chemistry dispensing systems comprise a solids dispenser wherein a solid cleaning composition is stored and a tank connected to the solids dispenser. For dispensing and dosing, the tank is filled with a preselected volume of water. Said water is recirculated through the solids dispenser to dissolve the solid cleaning composition resulting in a concentrate of a cleaning composition in the tank.
STIRRING APPARATUS
A stirring apparatus includes a storage portion configured to store a container, a stirring unit configured to perform a stirring operation for the container stored in the storage portion such that a liquid contained in the container is stirred, a regulating unit whose state changes between a regulating state in which extraction of the container from the storage portion is regulated and a regulation cancel state, and a control unit.
The control unit interrupts the stirring operation upon determining that the state of the regulating unit changes from the regulating state to the regulation cancel state during the stirring operation, and resumes the stirring operation upon determining that the state of the regulating unit changes from the regulation cancel state to the regulating state during the interruption of the stirring operation.
