Foam mixing system and methods
Foam dispensing systems and methods are disclosed. Such systems and methods may include a foamed material dispenser, a dynamic mixer having a gas input, a process material input, and a foamed material output. The foamed material output may be in fluid communication with the foamed material dispenser. A pump having an output may be in fluid communication with the process material input of the dynamic mixer, and a gas injection valve may be in fluid communication with the gas input of the dynamic mixer. A gas pressure regulator may be coupled between the pressurized gas supply and the gas injection valve, and a gas injection cycle timer may be operatively connected to the gas injection valve, the gas injection cycle timer causing the gas injection valve to pulse open and closed to send pulses of pressurized gas into the dynamic mixer through the gas input.
ULTRA-DISPERSION MIXER
Provided is an ultra-dispersion mixer, for stirring a mixed material for producing a high-quality slurry for an electrode of a secondary battery within a short time by disposing a low-speed blade and a high-speed blade for stirring a mixed material in a chamber so as to easily and effectively disperse elements of the slurry of a secondary battery, supplied to a mixer during a procedure of preparing the slurry of a secondary battery produced by performing mixing procedures multiple times, and disposing blade parts having a plurality of stirring characteristics so as to realize various stirring characteristics in the mixed material on the high-speed blade to increase the dispersion of the mixed material while the mixed material circulates in a high-shear disperser of the chamber and to simultaneously increase the temperature of a supplied solution at the beginning of stirring of the mixed material in the chamber.
Vehicular cleaning system, and cleaning method for same
A vehicular cleaning system performs cleaning to remove foreign matter attached to a cleaning target in a vehicle. The vehicular cleaning system includes: an air pump driven to generate an air spray; a washer pump driven to supply a washing solution; a spray nozzle which blows an air-liquid mixed fluid, obtained by mixing the air spray and the washing solution, onto the cleaning target; a washing solution storage unit configured to store the washing solution supplied from the washer pump, and to be capable of discharging the stored washing solution when the washing solution is to be mixed with the air spray; and a mixing and outputting unit configured to blow the air-liquid mixed fluid, obtained by mixing the air spray and the washing solution introduced from the washing solution storage unit, from the spray nozzle toward the cleaning target.
Method and device for mixing at least two liquid components
A method for mixing at least two liquid components of a two- or multi-component wet coating system, wherein a feed component under a first hydraulic pressure set at constant is fed discontinuously through a variable passage cross-section to a parent component under a second hydraulic pressure set at constant. An actual feed quantity of the feed component is detected and the feed quantity of the feed component is regulated with respect to a target feed quantity for the feed component in such a way that a timing cycle of the discontinuous feed and the passage cross-section for the feed component are influenced.
METHODS OF MAKING MEDICAL SOLUTIONS AND RELATED SYSTEMS
This disclosure relates to making medical solutions. In certain aspects, a method is performed by a data processing apparatus. The method includes introducing liquid into a container that contains a dissolvable solid concentrate in a manner so that a layer of solution above the solid concentrate is maintained at a depth that allows the liquid introduced into the container to agitate the solution adjacent to the solid concentrate to cause mixing of the solid concentrate with the solution.
Apparatus for producing carbonated water, and refrigerator including the same and method for controlling the same
An apparatus for producing carbonated water includes a gas cylinder configured to store carbon dioxide gas, a cold water storage unit configured to store cold water, a producing tank defining a closed space where the carbonated water is produced, a water supply passage configured to connect the cold water storage unit to the producing tank, the water supply passage including a water supply valve that controls supply of the cold water, a gas supply passage connecting the gas cylinder to the producing tank, the gas supply passage including a gas valve that controls supply of the carbon dioxide, a first relief valve provided along the gas supply passage, the first relief valve configured to control the discharge of the carbon dioxide gas, a dispensing passage connecting the producing tank to a dispensing member, and the dispensing member configured to dispense the carbonated water from a front surface of a refrigerator.

METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR DISSOLVED OXYGEN ENRICHMENT OF IRRIGATION WATER FOR PLANT CULTIVATION
A method and equipment for plant cultivation, where the plants are supplied with water, over irrigation phases of specific duration spread over a 24 h day, which water has a given content of dissolved oxygen, characterized in that use is made of a system for boosting the injection of oxygen (or of an oxygen-containing gas mixture) in the irrigation water over a first period, of given duration, of one or some of the irrigation phases in question, and in that the remainder of the time of said irrigation phase(s) in question is characterized by a content of dissolved oxygen in the water which is nominal, i.e. lower than the boosted content of the first period.
APPARATUS FOR MIXING AND AGITATING SECONDARY BATTERY ELECTRODE MATERIALS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An apparatus for mixing and agitating secondary battery electrode materials includes: a vessel configured to accommodate secondary battery electrode material; an agitator configured to rotate and elevate to agitate the material in the vessel; a rotation controller configured to control the rotation of the agitator; and an elevation controller configured to control the elevation of the agitator.
Microingredient Dispensing System With Empty Tray Detector
A microingredient feed additive dispensing apparatus and method for adding microingredients to animal feed are described. The apparatus includes a frame, a microingredient receptacle with a front portion and a rear portion, a receptacle mount that mounts the receptacle to the frame, a plurality of microingredient bins oriented above the receptacle, one or more empty-receptacle-detecting sensors arranged along the front portion of the receptacle, and a driver coupled to the receptacle to feed the microingredients toward and over an exit boundary of the receptacle. Microingredients are concurrently dispensed from bins into the receptacle. The amount of the microingredients dispensed from each microingredient bin is calculated and controlled. One or more empty-collection-feeder sensors determine whether and when the collection feeder is empty, without weighing the whole collection bin. The apparatus and method provide a more efficient and accurate way to add microingredients to animal feed.
