CATALYST STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF UPGRADING HYDROCARBONS IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CATALYST STRUCTURE
A catalyst structure includes a porous support structure, where the support structure includes an aluminosilicate material and any two or more metals loaded in the porous support structure selected from Ga, Ag, Mo, Zn, Co and Ce. The catalyst structure is used in a hydrocarbon upgrading process that is conducted in the presence of methane, nitrogen or hydrogen.
TYPE II HYDROTREATING CATALYST FOR HYDROCARBON OIL AND METHOD FOR HYDROTREATING HYDROCARBON OIL
Hydrotreating catalyst material and/or hydrotreating catalyst particles are provided having at least two hydrotreating metal components and a chelating agent carried on a support. The support comprises an inorganic oxide binder and a post-framework modified ultra-stable Y-type (USY) zeolite in which a portion of aluminum atoms constituting a zeolite framework thereof is substituted with zirconium atoms and/or titanium atoms and/or hafnium atoms. The hydrotreating metal components form a metal complex via the chelating agent, and are carried on said support as chelating complex type II active sites.
Catalysts with modified active phase dispersion and method to prepare catalysts with modified active phase dispersion
Catalyst particles comprising one or more active metal components and methods for manufacturing such catalyst particles are provided. The particles are a composite of a granulating agent or binder material such as an inorganic oxide, and an ultra-stable Y (hereafter USY) zeolite in which some of the aluminum atoms in the framework are substituted with zirconium atoms and/or titanium atoms and/or hafnium atoms. The one or more active phase components are incorporated prior to mixing the binder with the post-framework modified USY zeolite, extruding the resulting composite mixture, and forming the catalyst particles. The one or more active phase components are incorporated in the binder material prior to forming the catalyst particles.
PRODUCTION OF MONOAROMATIC HYDROCARBONS FROM HYDROCARBON FEEDSTOCKS
A process for converting a feedstock including dicyclopentadiene to monoaromatic hydrocarbons, the process including providing a hydrocracking catalyst including a zeolite support having an average pore diameter of 5 to 13 nanometers, such as 9 to 12 nanometers, and greater than 3 to 15 weight percent, such as 5 to 15 weight percent of molybdenum tungsten, nickel, cobalt, platinum, palladium, or a combination comprising at least one of the foregoing impregnated on the zeolite support based on a total weight of the hydrocracking catalyst: and contacting the feedstock with the hydrocracking catalyst in the presence of hydrogen to provide a reaction product stream including the monoaromatic hydrocarbons converted from the dicyclopentadiene.
BASE METAL ISOMERIZATION CATALYSTS
An isomerization catalyst is provided, along with corresponding systems and methods, which provides improved isomerization for bio-derived feeds in reaction environments where by-products from deoxygenation are present. The catalyst provides unexpectedly increased activity and/or selectivity in situations where, for example, a deoxygenation effluent is cascaded to the isomerization catalyst. Additionally, the isomerization catalyst can assist with reducing or minimizing hydrogen consumption during isomerization. The increased activity, stability, and/or reduced hydrogen consumption is achieved in part based on using a dispersion agent when adding base metals to the catalyst. In addition to the base metals, the catalyst includes a zeolitic framework structure suitable for isomerization.
A CATALYST FOR THE SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REDUCTION OF NOX AND FOR THE CRACKING AND CONVERSION OF A HYDROCARBON
The present invention relates to a catalyst for the selective catalytic reduction of NOx and for the cracking and conversion of a hydrocarbon, comprising a substrate comprising an inlet end, an outlet end, a substrate axial length extending from the inlet end to the outlet end and a plurality of passages defined by internal walls of the substrate extending therethrough: a coating disposed on the surface of the internal walls of the substrate, said coating comprising a platinum group metal, an 8-membered ring pore zeolitic material comprising one or more of copper and iron, and further comprising a 10- or more membered ring pore zeolitic material.
Hydrocracking catalyst for hydrocarbon oil including titania binder and phosphorous active component, method for producing hydrocracking catalyst, and method for hydrocracking hydrocarbon oil
Hydrotreating catalysts are provided having one or more phosphorus components carried on a composite support of a titanium-loaded binder component and post-framework modified ultra-stable Y-type zeolite. The support comprises the titanium-loaded binder component and a post-framework modified ultra-stable Y-type (USY) zeolite in which a portion of aluminum atoms constituting a zeolite framework thereof is substituted with zirconium atoms and/or titanium atoms and/or hafnium atoms. The active components including the phosphorous active component and one or more hydrocracking metals active components loaded on the support.
