DIETARY SUPPLEMENT AND METHOD FOR SYNTHESIS OF SAME
A dietary supplement and method for synthesis of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the method, an NADH component is provided which includes NADH from about 0.1% to about 0.5% blended with water from about 40% to about 84% both by weight of the dietary supplement. A supplement component from about 9% to about 99% by weight of the dietary supplement is also provided. The supplement component may include collagen in about 2% to about 10%, vitamins in about 0.00001% to about 3%, and minerals in about 0.000002% to about 0.5% all by weight of the dietary supplement. A mixed component is formed by mixing the NADH component with the supplement component at ambient conditions. The mixed component is a liquid at ambient conditions having a pH of less than 4.0. The mixed component is subjected to a cold fill production process.

High Protein Food Article
A high protein food article having a protein content of at least 20% by weight of the food article is provided. The high protein food article has a desirable texture that is stable over an extended shelf life. The high protein food article includes powdered protein ingredient and visible particulates that include protein crisp particulates.
Freeze concentration of root- or tuber juice
The invention provides a method for treating root- or tuber juice, comprising a) a pretreatment of the root- or tuber juice to remove root- or tuber lipids to a level below 28 g/kg dry weight; b) cooling the root- or tuber juice to a temperature of −0.3° C. to −16° C. to form ice crystals; and c) separating the ice crystals from the root- or tuber juice to obtain, as a first root- or tuber juice product, a concentrated root- or tuber juice. In addition, the invention provides methods to obtain protein depleted root- or tuber juice products, as well as products comprising root- or tuber free amino acids, and uses thereof.
High efficiency oxalate-degrading enzymes for degradation of insoluble and soluble oxalate
Disclosed herein are oxalate inducing enzymes with pH and thermal stability and methods of using for oxalate related conditions for in food processing.
Cannabinoid Product for Improving Musculoskeletal Health
The present disclosure is directed to a composition or nutritional product containing a cannabinoid in combination with an adjuvant, such as a Type II collagen. The different nutraceutical agents are capable of synergistically working together to improve the health and well-being of a human or animal. For instance, the nutritional product can be used in many different applications, such as to treat joint discomfort and pain, and/or to improve muscular health.

Formulas comprising optimised amino acid profiles
The present invention relates to infant formulas and follow-on formulas containing optimised amino acid profiles, in particular optimised amounts and/or ratios of phenylalanine. The formulas may contain intact proteins, hydrolysed proteins, protein fractions, free amino acids and/or a combination thereof selected based on their ability to provide the formula with an optimised amino acid profile. The present invention also relates to the administration of these formulas to infants in order to achieve balanced growth and/or development, for promoting, assisting or achieving balanced growth or development of the brain of an infant and/or the cognitive function of an infant, and may also assist in preventing or reducing the risk of obesity later in life.
