The processes comprises (i) preparing a mixture comprising one or more sources of SiO.sub.2, one or more sources of X.sub.2O.sub.3, seed crystals, one or more tetraalkylammonium cation R.sup.5R.sup.6R.sup.7R.sup.8N.sub.+-containing compounds as structure directing agent, and a liquid solvent system; (ii) continuously feeding the mixture prepared in (i) into a continuous flow reactor at a liquid hourly space velocity; and (iii) crystallizing the zeolitic material with a CHA-type framework structure from the mixture in the continuous flow reactor.
EXHAUST GAS PURIFICATION CATALYST DEVICE
A gas purification catalyst device comprises: a substrate; and one or more catalyst layers on the substrate. Among the one or more catalyst layers, at least one catalyst layer contains both Cu-CHA-type zeolite particles and iron-supporting metal oxide particles in which iron is supported on metal oxide particles.
HYDROCARBON ADSORBENT WITH METAL-IMPREGNATED ZEOLITE PARTICLE HAVING REGULAR MESOPORE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a hydrocarbon adsorbent with metal-impregnated zeolite particles having regular mesopores and a manufacturing method therefor. The hydrocarbon adsorbent includes a metal cation and a metal oxide that are impregnated in zeolite particles, in particular, the zeolite particles include regularly formed mesopores having a size of 2 to 10. By adjusting a Si/Al ratio and mesoporosity of the mesopores, a hydrocarbon adsorbent may have increased adsorption capacity for hydrocarbons in a cold-start section and can rapidly oxidize the hydrocarbon upon desorption thereof, thereby reducing the discharge of exhaust gas produced in automobiles and industries.
Honeycomb catalyst body
The honeycomb catalyst body is equipped with a honeycomb structure body having partition walls that define a plurality of cells extending from a first end face as one of the end faces to a second end face as the other end face and serving as through channels of a fluid. The partition walls each have a base layer containing from 50 to 90 mass % of zeolite and a coat layer with which the surface of the base layer 11 is coated with a thickness of from 1 to 50 μm. The coat layer is either a coat layer (A) containing from 1 to 5 mass % vanadia and titania or a coat layer (B) containing from 1 to 5 mass % vanadia and a composite oxide of titania and tungsten oxide.
METHOD OF PREPARING A COPPER-PROMOTED ZEOLITE
The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst, the SCR catalyst comprises a metal ion-exchanged zeolite. A method uses an in-situ ion exchange process. A process includes admixing a zeolite in the ammonium (NH.sub.4.sup.+) form with an aqueous mixture comprising water, a transition metal ion source, and, optionally, an acid, to form a slurry containing a metal ion-exchanged zeolite.
