A spacing between axes of the particles is preferably 100 m-5 mm, and more preferably 200 m-4 mm. A weight ratio of the active ingredients in the catalyst A and the catalyst B is within a range of 0.1-20 times, and preferably 0.3-5.
JMZ-12, a disordered AEI/CHA family of zeolites, its synthesis and use
The present invention is directed to a method of preparing a synthetic crystalline material, designated as JMZ-12, with a framework built up by the disorder AEI and CHA structures, substantially free of framework phosphorous and prepared preferably in the absence of halides such as fluoride ions. Such method comprises the step of heating a reaction mixture under crystallization conditions for a sufficient period to form a disordered zeolite having both CHA and AEI topologies, wherein the reaction mixture comprises at least one source of aluminum, at least one source of silicon, a source of alkaline or alkaline-earth cations, and a structure directing agent containing at least one source of quaternary ammonium cations and at least one source of alkyl-substituted piperidinium cations in a molar ratio of 0.20 to about 1.4. The resulting zeolites are useful as catalysts, particularly when used in combination with exchanged transition metal(s) and, optionally, rare earth metal(s).
CATALYTIC ARTICLES

Such catalytic articles are effective toward treating exhaust gas streams of internal combustion engines and exhibit outstanding resistance to sulfur.
Diesel oxidation catalyst
An oxidation catalyst composite, methods, and systems for the treatment of exhaust gas emissions from a diesel engine are described. More particularly, described is an oxidation catalyst composite including a first oxidation component comprising a first refractory metal oxide support, palladium (Pd) and platinum (Pt); a NO.sub.x storage component comprising one or more of alumina, silica, titania, ceria, or manganese; and a second oxidation component comprising a second refractory metal oxide, a zeolite, and Pt. The oxidation catalyst composite is sulfur tolerant, adsorbs NOx and thermally releases the stored NO.sub.x at temperature less than 350 C.
A COMPOSITION COMPRISING A MIXED METAL OXIDE AND A MOLDING COMPRISING A ZEOLITIC MATERIAL HAVING FRAMEWORK TYPE CHA AND AN ALKALINE EARTH METAL
The present invention relates to a composition comprising a) a molding comprising a zeolitic material having framework type CHA, wherein the zeolitic material comprises one or more alkaline earth metals M and b) a mixed metal oxide comprising chromium, zinc, and aluminium. It also relates to the use of the composition in a process for producing C2 to C4 olefins from syngas.
4-way hybrid binary catalysts, methods and uses thereof
The present disclosure describes hybrid binary catalysts (HBCs) that can be used as engine aftertreatment catalyst compositions, specifically 4-way catalyst compositions. The HBCs provide solutions to the challenges facing emissions control. In general, the HBCs include a porous primary catalyst and a secondary catalyst. The secondary catalyst partial coats the surfaces (e.g., the internal porous surface and/or the external surface) of the primary catalyst resulting in a hybridized composition. The synthesis of the HBCs can provide a primary catalyst whose entire surface, or portions thereof, can be coated with the secondary catalyst.
The oxidation catalyst composite is sulfur tolerant, adsorbs NO.sub.x and thermally releases the stored NO.sub.x at temperature less than 350 C.
