ELECTRIC HEATER
A process for regenerating a catalyst in an olefin production reactor. The process includes feeding a compressed, pre-heated air stream to a heating zone comprising an electrical heater, electrically heating the compressed, pre-heated air stream in the heating zone to a temperature in the range of 500-800° C., producing a regeneration air stream, feeding the regeneration air stream to the olefin production reactor, regenerating the catalyst using the regeneration air, producing a hot air stream, and feeding the hot air stream to a waste heat recovery unit configured to pre-heat a compressed air stream, producing the compressed, pre-heated air stream and a waste air stream.
Method and apparatus for preparing transition metal lithium oxide
The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a transition metal lithium oxide, comprising steps of: A) mixing a lithium salt and a transition metal compound, and performing a pretreatment to obtain a precursor; wherein the pretreatment temperature is 100-300° C.; and the pretreatment time is 1-10 h; B) precalcining the precursor to obtain an intermediate; and C) continuously feeding the intermediate into a feed port of a moving bed reactor, and calcining, to obtain a transition metal lithium oxide. In the present disclosure, a pretreatment process is performed before the precalcination, and the pretreatment temperature and time are further limited, thereby solving the problem of material hardening during the calcination process of battery materials. In conjunction with using a moving bed reactor, the gas phase and the solid phase are sufficiently contacted, and at the same time the thickness of the filler is increased, the productivity is enhanced and the oxygen consumption is largely decreased at the same time. The present disclosure further provides an apparatus for preparing a transition metal lithium oxide.
Molecular sieve-based catalyst modification apparatus, and method
The present application discloses a molecular sieve-based catalyst modification apparatus. The apparatus comprises a feed unit 1, a modification unit 2 and a cooling unit 3 connected in sequence; the feed unit comprises a catalyst feed unit 11 and a modifier feed unit 12, a catalyst and a modifier are introduced into the modification unit 2 respectively by the catalyst feed unit and the modifier feed unit and are discharged from the modification unit after sufficient reaction in modification unit, and then enter the cooling unit 3 for cooling. The present application further discloses a use method for the molecular sieve-based catalyst modification apparatus. The use method comprises: introducing a catalyst and a modifier into the modification unit 2 respectively through the feed unit 1; wherein the catalyst is modified by the modifier in the modification unit 2, and then discharged to the cooling unit 3 to cool until the temperature is lower than 50° C., and then the cooled modified catalyst is transferred to any storage device.
Submerged propylene hydration micro-interface strengthening reaction system and method thereof
A submerged propylene hydration micro-interface strengthening reaction system and a method are proposed. The system includes a reactor, a first micro-interface generator and a second micro-interface generator. Through the micro-interface generators, the propylene is broken to form micron-scale bubbles, which are mixed with reactants and deionized water to form a gas-liquid emulsion, so as to increase a phase boundary area between gas and liquid phases, and achieve a strengthening mass transfer effect under a lower preset operating condition. The micro-scale bubbles can be fully mixed with the deionized water to from a gas-liquid emulsion. By fully mixing gas and liquid phases, it can ensure that the deionized water in the system is in full contact with propylene, and they are fully in contact with the catalyst, which effectively improves the efficiency of preparing isopropanol.
HYDROGEN GENERATION ASSEMBLIES AND HYDROGEN PURIFICATION DEVICES
Hydrogen generation assemblies, hydrogen purification devices, and their components, and methods of manufacturing those assemblies, devices, and components are disclosed. In some embodiments, the devices may include an insulation base having insulating material and at least one passage that extends through the insulating material. In some embodiments, the at least one passage may be in fluid communication with a combustion region.

The guard bed system having a feed line supplying a gaseous feed to be treated and an effluent line configured to remove the treated gaseous feed. The guard bed system has two or more guard bed vessels arranged in series in sequential order, each having an inlet, a bed of guard bed material and an outlet. The inlet of each guard bed vessel is attached by means of valves to both the feed line and the outlet of the guard bed vessel preceding it in sequential order. The outlet of each guard bed vessel is attached by means of valves to both the effluent line and to the inlet of the guard bed vessel following it in sequential order.
Light alkanes to liquid fuels
The present disclosure relates generally processes and systems for converting a C2-C7 light alkanes feed to liquid transportation fuels or value-added chemicals. The feed is contacted with an aromatization catalyst at a temperature and pressure that selectively converts C4 and larger alkanes to an intermediate product comprising monocyclic aromatics and olefins. Following separation of the aromatics and C5+ hydrocarbons from the intermediate product, unconverted C2-C3 alkanes are thermally-cracked to produce olefins that are subsequently oligomerized to produce a liquid transportation fuel blend stock or value-added chemicals.
